This used to be my favorite boutique in Miami because (1) you can always find an outfit there and (2) the selection is very stylish. However, before you purchase from them, please be aware of their extremely stringent return policy. I ordered a total of 9 items during a sale and the items were marked as final sale, which I understand is already a gamble. But I took the risk and luckily all the merchandise fit me.
However, I noticed a couple of weeks later that one of the blouses was purchased with a stain on the sleeve. I reached out to them and they explained they have a 10-day return policy. I then asked if they could grant me a one-time exception, considering I did not select the blouse with the stain..it was an online order, selected and packaged by one of their employees. At this point, the issue was escalated to the owner, but it was denied yet again.
I’m writing this review because now I’m stuck paying for one of their employee’s mistakes, which is extremely unfair for the customer. Maybe the staff should do a better job inspecting the merchandise upon return, rather than penalize the next customer who purchases it. This rubbed me the wrong way because as a fellow business owner, sometimes you have to make exceptions to the rule in order to keep your clients happy. Sadly, they lost me as a customer due to this issue.

Read moreI have been shopping at Prinzzesa longer than I can remember. I have seen the boutique grow and expand; always offering an excellent product, and superior customer service. What they have done and continue to do is above and beyond. I feel as though I have my own personal shopper when I want an item and when I visit the store. This is why I have crowned the Prinzzesa Boutique with the nickname, “Petite Saks.”
Rosy stays on top of all fashion trends and she is careful in offering moderate prices, providing excellent quality while making sure all Prinzzesa girls look trendy and classy.
The client experience is top-notch. The sales girls (or associates, as I like to call them), are kind and friendly— each one of them, without exception, know the product they are selling and offer excellent customer service. They go out of their way to assist clients, always making sure they leave with a smile and the satisfaction of knowing that their purchase was a worthwhile one. All of them are amazing but I would like to especially mention Alejandra, Aura and Reina (in alpha order). They are exceptional!
This review only allows me to give Prinzzesa and its amazing girls, a five-star review, but if I could, I would bring down one million stars and shine their light on them. With this being said, someone up above is looking down on Prinzzesa and smiling at all the girls.

Read moreI placed an online order to pick up in store on Aug 5 by Aug 12 I hadn’t gotten an email to pick up the order so I texted the number they have on their instagram which they advertise you can text it. In the text I sent the order numbers asking if my order was ready. No response. The next day I called and a said “oh yea it’s ready” then she told me an item from my order was out of stock. Asked me how I wanted the refund so she can process it. I go to the store the following day and a very serious upset lady behind the register (black hair, I want to say her name was Rena ? But I’m not sure ) I told her I was there to pick up my order. When I went to say the order was for Stephanie she interrupted me and said “order number” in a very rude way. She said oh yea I talked to you on the phone. then asked me again how I wanted the refund for the out of stock item. I guess she didn’t process it like she said she was over the phone. There was another older lady there that was very kind to customers coming in. But the lady behind the counter. Geez! Why do people that clearly hate dealing with the public work in customer service ? Needless to say I won’t be back nor doing pick up orders. Waiting 8+ days for an order defeats...
