Don’t Waste Your Time Donating Here I’ll never bring another donation to Savers again, and neither should you. I went out of my way—burned gas, sat in traffic, loaded up items I was giving them for FREE—only to be turned away at the drop-off. Their excuse? Either the item “wasn’t good enough” or they were “too full of furniture.” Translation: they think it won’t bring in the inflated prices they slap on stuff that was donated at zero cost to them. That’s the most irritating part—this isn’t about helping the community, it’s about them trying to squeeze every last dollar. Instead of moving donated items quickly at low, fair prices so people can actually afford them, they hoard donations until they think they can mark them up. Meanwhile, people like me, who are willing to donate, get turned away like our time and generosity mean nothing. If you’re thinking about donating, don’t waste your time, money, and gas. Take your items to DI or another charity that actually values donors and makes sure the community benefits. Savers made it clear they don’t deserve our generosity.

Great and ever-changing selection of clothing (including swimwear) for men, women & children, household items like furniture and appliances. I’d go elsewhere if you want a large assortment of used books. Also has DVDs and cassettes, whatever people donate, really. We lucked out with a xylophone. Helpful service, but note the exchange policy : Échanges must be done in exchange for another purchase. NO STORE CREDIT. It’s company policy. Thankfully, exchanges (must have receipt, must have original tags on) can be done at any Savers thrift shop nation-wide.

I had a great experience donating at savers today. There was a line but it did move fast considering how long it was. The employee who helped me unload was very friendly and professional. We definitely have no problem donating here and we will continue to donate.

HOW CAN WE FIND OUT WETHER OR NOT THE STORES LEAD SUPERVISOR (Troy) IS KEEPING STUFF FOR HIMSELF? The Manager straight up took an item from a girl today right in front of me. (Just to keep for himself!) She was purchasing it and there was a conflict over a pair of jeans that she had broke the tag off RIGHT THERE at the check out counter when trying to sort a small pile of clothes. I was behind her checking out and had to wait to get someone help because my screen froze, so I listened to this issue. As far as the girl and her jeans…They still insisted that it needed to be re-tagged and came back with them costing DOUBLE! She told them that was not fair to do that. But he (the manager) STILL would not fix that OR give her the jeans for the price that was on the tag at purchase!! While she waited for them to come back (a female worker offered to see if MAYBE they’d give them to her with the cost of what was on the tag) she (the customer in front of me) showed me a shirt she found, she was planning on re-sellling it because it was a collectible online. She was telling me about it and the manager stood behind her waiting for us to finish talking and overheard what she said to me. So he stood there and listened to the conversation and apparently decided he wanted the shirt) So then he told her he would not drop the price (of the jeans) even though that’s what the original tag said. She said she would still pay it but she was going to leave a bad review for the unfair treatment . So Then he took the jeans from her and told her to leave. She was not yelling, she was not bothering any customers, he reached over and also took the shirt she told me about (it looked like he wanted it for himself tbh) and walked away. Why didn’t he take the whole stack of clothes!? I’m probably never going back after witnessing how they treat customers. She did nothing wrong and the manager was not nice at all!!! After she walked out I watched him take the shirt but nothing else and walk away. Why can the management and the workers take items from the store for themselves? Does the public get first pick? That is crooked. He had no RIGHT to tell her to leave just because she wasn’t happy about them screwing her for no reason! And then he kept the shirt she said was worth a lot of money online. Why!? Cause he’s going to keep it for HIMSELF! I recommend the DI if you’re goin to buy second hand clothes because there you do get first pick before the staff does. They are...

I want to say they make a big difference their prices are already really really competitive very low I have got some of the best buys I mean it's hard for me to even believe I bought a a seven speaker sound system 3 disc changer in it it's a Allah with the double tape it has the karaoke machine on it and it's really nice and I got 140 Watts I got it for $14 without any discounts, probably brand new is probably 400 probably if not more I got just tremendous buys from that place and they're a lot of people are bringing stuff in right now I see the lines actually the big let's see what the name is on this take my word for it they are competitive every time I go in there I come out with something fantastic I just bought a clock for I think it was $4 of some sense and it's it's made out of Rock but it's it's fancy it's probably from the 70s it's something it looks like it looks like terrazzo and inside of a it's electric it works too I think it's from the 70s but it's heavy. and they give points for everything you buy so that's another way when you get so many points you can buy something with it at some it's really fantastic great place.I also got some poor put Jensen digital speakers they're really nice with the front you can take it off and it's like four or five speakers in each one and I got that for $12 that is great and they're perfect condition I like the old stuff you know the this stuff was top and it's time top the best you can get I bought a Wagner paint sprayer you just fill the bottle and it's electric and it works I tested it out and everything it works just fine for $4 it was probably 100 bucks brand new I'll bet I'll bet anyway have a great time at Savers you'll you'll always come out with something speakers are down anymore I've never seen I've been buying some of the nicest stuff there a pants like like designer pants for men we're talking about the big name ones for $6.99 599 by the time I get the discount that's incredible 100% wool Italian and all kinds of their competitive I don't I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to get the kind of buys I do and...

I use to love Savers. Now everything is very overpriced and not worth it. I would consider myself as a regular shopper here I would just put up with stuff I didn’t like from this location when shopping. Employees in this specific location are very rude. The store is also dirty. I also donate items here all the time since it’s the nearest one by me, unfortunately I will no longer donate here or shop since today I had a bad experience in the store with the dumbest pricing policies placed and with one of the employees who was very rude. Clothing item didn’t have a price, they would not price it since the “pricer” isn’t in and won’t be until Tuesday, I was told it would be out back out until then and I could come look for it again then, mind you it’s Sunday. They would not even hold it for me until I could come on Tuesday. I think that’s ridiculous considering it’s their mistake for not having a price on it and having it on the floor to sell. About a month ago I had a similar experience except the employee at self checkout let me scan a clothing item that looked very similar to what I was purchasing that had a fair price. I reassured her I would not be returning it since I knew it fit my daughter. The difference from today is that the employee was extremely rude and removed the item from my hands and took it without saying much. I had to ask questions to even try to understand why it couldn’t be sold to me. Since we called her over for her assistance she gave us the stupidest look like I should know better ? lol If Tory is miserable please pull her off the front from assisting buyers and ruining shoppers experience. I will no longer be donating here, I will gladly drive to the D.I and donate and shop there....
