40th Street Park — Attraction in South Ogden

We love this park! The only reason it didn't get 5 ⭐ is because the bathrooms are really gross, last time we were there, there was a liquor bottle left in the women's bathroom, AND we got locked in the bathroom and needed help getting out! The fire department showed up and got a hold of the property manager who had a key. We were locked in for 40 minutes. So beware. When looking for a DOG PARK, why are some of these childrens parks included? Coming from Texas we actually have REAL dog parks with benches, agility courses at some, trees and grass, trails and with some splash areas or treated ponds. I have been traveling to different cities trying to find an adequate one. I fear Utah has a lot to learn...
