The tire shop is really Incompetent, about three months ago I brought my tire in because I had side wall damage. Was told "well the wires are not showing" even though I told her that I was going to be towing a trailer, and she said " you should be fine" I go back today, to get them rotated and just to be sure have them Check it again. Well sure enough, the tire needs to be fixed (insert my shocked face here..smh). So I thought ok, great, so well at least it's getting fixed. So I went in and did some shopping ( shocked it was actually not crowded, so I took advantage of it). Well after waiting an ~ 1 hour, I finally went over there and asked. Welp, the tire is obsolete, and they were checking other stores to see if they had one available. Me thinking, great they will get it over and I will be on my way. HA, farthest from the truth, after waiting almost 2 hours, I was told ( after I went to the counter and no one called me) that "oh we need to order it and have it shipped to the store". What really annoys me, is that I was standing there and some other customer came up and started talking to the guy who was helping me. Rather then tell him I will be right with you, he just started answering his question. I was not going to let this get me upset, I had some food waiting, so I though you know what, I'll just go and get that. So went to get my food, ate it, went back to the counter, and was told that there would be a charge of 30 dollars because they prorate it, and because your tires are newer we can do this. I asked again so what is the warranty for? Again was told, because it's prorate. By this time, was fed up, I apologize that I don't know what that means, but apparently they just think that saying that we all understand. I wouldn't think you know what I do for work, and would take the time to help you understand what I do, but I. Guess I'm built different. Now I leave, and didn't grab my keys, because I thought hey you know what they should have pulled my vehicle out, and usually they have one of the bays open. Welp, I was wrong. Had to tap on the window, and get someone's attention (As all of us know it's a PIA, to go in the out at Costco poor engineer design). Anyway, so she opened the door, and I showed her my receipt, and I began to explain myself once more thinking I would get a better explanation, well that was the case. So I just told her i need my car, she said " ok I'll back it right out" waited for about 2 more minutes, then she finally opened the door and popped her head out and said " oh I had to help someone else really quick". Can someone train Costco employees to deal with the initial customer, rather than trying to help everyone else?! Iâll be turning in my Costco card, they suck and...
Read moreThis is the second time I left this Costco the first time in tears in the second time today on the verge of.... The first time was over the summer I have four young kids (I'm a widow) and at the checkout when I had left the cashier said to her partner that was working the check out with her "I hope that's not all of her kids she needs to keep her legs closed"and she failed to realize that the person that was checking out behind me was my brother-in-law coworker so he came out into the parking lot and told me after he contacted a manager in the store himself.. so I called and of course they were apologetic because they have to be and I swear I'd never go back to that location because it broke my heart but I do because it's the closest . Well today we went in there and 90% of the people that work in there are rude never smile I try to go out of my way to smile at somebody and say hi or be nice and it's nothing but dirty looks and like we are in their way and this is nothing but an inconvenience to them that we are even in their store vibes... So the guy who runs the water stand was super nice and when we were walking by it my kids pointed out the water and he offered them all one . So they all four had little cups of water and my 6-year-old was sitting in the car had no more than a sip left in his cup and I accidentally bumped into his arm he dropped it on the floor right in front of two workers.. One of them was super nice about it but the one that was right in front of my face that I made eye contact with first I was super apologetic I kept saying sorry and she literally looked at me scoffed and rolled her eyes.. That's when the other person that was standing there with her talking to her that works there assured me twice that it's okay and you can tell she was trying to make up for the way the other workers treated me about it.. I offered to clean it up myself when she scoffed I was literally about to take my cardigan off and soak it up with that because that's just the person I am I do not like to inconvenience people or upset people. Even my kids were super uncomfortable after that.. My membership reuse next month and I'm canceling it.. I'm not going to go into a store where I have to wonder before even walking into if today is going to be another day where I leave upset... That should never be the case in any place of...
Read moreI'm writing this review because Costco doesn't really have good way leaving feedback. Just reading some of the recent reviews prompted me to write some of the following points of my experience today. They should really treat members and non-members with the same customer service. I handed the cashier a Costco Gift Card when they asked for my membership (really there's no asking everyone just hands them a card). From this point its clear the the cashier has no customer service training at all. No greetings , or did you find everything your looking for?,or something along those lines. Ask me with a dumbfound look with annoyance are you paying with Costco Gift Cards.... and I give her simple yes thats the purpose of them. She then proceeds to say I don't need to be rude to her, because apparently she was more interested in getting back to her conversation with the checkout helper... The icing on the top was when, I guess there's no better way to describe this simp looking supervisor who was watching whole interaction come's over with this unhappy/mean face says "thats the procedure" and walks away. Again no greetings or customer service skills.. I'm willing to play devils advocate and she perceives my answer as rude, so what, she asked me if I'm paying with Costco Gift Cards after hand it to her with no membership card and telling her I don't have membership. There is no other options at that point. It's still a dumb question. You ask a dumb question with an attitude , then I'll probably give you an equally dumb response, thats not rude prob snarky but not rude. It would of been rude of me if she greeted me, and talked to me as customer, instead of multi tasking her job and personal conversation. A supervisor with the same skills and attitude as their subordinates, I can see why other people gave low ratings who aren't...
