Tried to shop local instead of Amazon and this is why you shouldnât even bother... Here is the only negative review Iâve ever written. Came in and was helped by Lindsay, Sales Manager. Picked a table out that was the same as a floor model. They ordered it and said it wouldnât be in for a few months which I was totally fine with. Fifteen days later she called and told me the shipment had arrived and asked me to schedule an appointment to pick it up. A family member went to pick it up, Lindsay was there to help load it. When it arrived at my home, it was not in a box, it was loosely wrapped and the AS IS FLOOR MODEL store tag was still on it!!! It was badly damaged and the price was much less than what I paid. I called Lindsay; she told me that was impossible because that floor model never existed. (Later I sent her the picture from the day I order it and she said now she remembered but had no idea it was taken off the floor.) She kept saying the one I ordered was a different color and kept suggesting âto make a new orderâ. She never once acknowledged I had already ordered one weeks ago (I thought). I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt as I know mistakes happen. Disappointed, we returned the table and didnât make a new order. Later we looked online and saw the actual table I ordered was discontinued and unavailable to order. It turned out she knowingly lied about my order coming in, KNOWINGLY loaded up a used table that was much less than the one I paid for, lied about it ânever existingâ in the store and had no problem with all the wasted time and drama she caused . Lindsay , you shouldâve called and told me the TRUTH!!! Maybe I wouldâve switched to a black table.    Read moreThis place is the only one around with this style of furniture and their prices are reasonable. HOWEVER - their service leaves much to be desired. We ordered a $3k Stressless chair from them. We paid a deposit. After the 6 months shipping period (not their fault) they demanded the rest of payment BEFORE they would get it from the distributor. The agreement was to pay the rest when it arrived. Then! When we do this and the chair finally arrives we get 2 boxes, a totally disassembled chair. They offered to assemble and deliver for an additional $100. They should have asked if we wanted it assembled in store. They should have honored the original payment schedule. I really try to buy local but I will definitely avoid using these guys again. Just buy online until more options for stylish furniture arrive in Ogden or go to SLC.

   Read moreWell, the 90 days agreed apon has come and gone that we ordered our $3,500 dollar chair and now they tell us it's going to be the end of June. I don't care about your politics guys. When we ordered it I specifically asked you if this would be a problem and you said no. If we had the chance I'd get my money back and let them keep the chair, but as it is I'm disabled and can't afford to fight them. Hopefully we actually get a chair and not another excuse. My surgery is done and over and my recovery (that we bought the chair for) will be over before I get the chair as well. I'm not impressed.
