Rejuve Wax Center — Attraction in South Orange

Update 4/5 Fernando (owner/manager) reached out to me personally to address the concerns. He was very understanding and apologetic for his staff’s behavior. After speaking to him, I’ve decided that I will give them another chance. But as I stated to him, if my next appointment does not go well, I will no longer patronize his business.

I will acknowledge that the staff that have done my services in the past are very competent and the salon is very clean (Which is Paramount).

OP: When I spend my hard earned money on a business, I have high expectations and standards. I’ve been coming here for months and a trend that I’ve noticed is that a lot of times they don’t adhere to punctuality. Now I understand this being an occurrence once in a while, but this has been a consistent occurrence for me. I think what bothers me the most is that there’s never any updates on the fact that they are running behind, they just have you sitting around wasting your time. You don’t have any idea if I have to be somewhere else, so I should be given the luxury of whether or not I want to wait. Today was the last straw for me. I had an appointment for 9 o’clock (when they open), two other women walked in after me and must’ve had 9 o’clock appointments as well. The two young ladies that were there took the other customers in and did not give me any update on why I’m sitting around waiting for my appointment to be fulfilled. After at least 5 minutes of wasting my time waiting, I decided to leave. I sat in my car (which was parked directly across) for 10 more minutes and still no one had come out. This was my first time at Rejuve Wax Center, and I’m so glad I chose them! I had my appointment with Ashley, and she was AMAZING — so funny, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole wax. I was a little nervous going in, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time.

It's been about two weeks since I got my first wax and the results were AMAZING!!! My wax specialist was Gabriella, and she took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. She was gentle and had great technique which made the whole process basically pain free. Everything about my visit here was 10/10.
