I am really disappointed on their shipping services. If you going to purchase anything online especially a book DON’T DO IT. I went on their website looking for a book to purchase. Their website is very simple and easy to navigate. I was hopeful when I bought the book that it was going to be a good experience. When I received the package it was in a very cheap bubble wrap that you find at the dollar store. You can tell because dollar store has the gray bubble packaging. The package was ripped on the outside. When I opened it was really damaged. They didn’t even secure the edges of the book. This book was a hard cover with cheap bubble rap. That is asking for damaged product. I reached out and told them what happened. It took them two days to respond! They also told me that it was damaged through mail so they can’t do anything about it. So I asked for a return with refund. I have not heard from them since and that was on Aug 26, 23. I gave them time to respond before I wrote this review to let them make the moment right. They clearly don’t care about customers and only about making money. I definitely will not be ordering...

The recorded answer said "We are now open from 10 AM - 2 PM so you can visit our shop 7 days a week." So I thought it was a safe venture and we were on our way. Unfortunately, the shop owners apparently don't think it's important to keep their commitment to customers. The shop was dark as a tomb and there wasn't even a note on the door. We went for a walk and stopped for lunch, returning about 1 p.m. and still, no one to let us in. I'm not sure I'll return. At least when I drive to Nyack I know there will be someone there when I arrive, and it's also...

The owner is so amazing and helpful and she's got such a gorgeous selection of yarn! Plus, a super comfy couch space and loads of notions. And lots of...
