I don't trust anyone else with my hair - EVER. I've been going to Melissa for the last 3 years and I love her work. She always makes me look healthy and flawless while also being super attentive to my needs. If I ask her to take an inch, guess what?! she only takes an inch!!! She is super accommodating with scheduling and she has the warmest most professional attitude. I have very long and thick hair. Often times I sitting in that chair for 3 or more hours, but she doesn't tire , she is very friendly and makes the long process an enjoyable one. Anytime someone asks for hair referrals, my first and only thought is trendz. She and Fatima recently did hair for my best friends wedding and all of the girls looked beatiful, not just after the hair was done, but at 11pm after a night of jumping and dancing all of the girls hair was still in place. I got my hair done here by Melissa end of May before her maternity leave. She wasn't very attentive to what I wanted and seemed annoyed to be doing my hair since she was 9 months pregnant at the time. I tried to talk to her and only got 1 word answers back. I felt like she couldn't be bothered. At the end of my appointment her next client walked in which was the same ethnicity as she was and she welcomed her with open arms and wouldn't stop talking to her. Meanwhile she was still working on my hair. I told her what I specifically wanted and even showed a picture. I got something totally different and my hair is starting to break. I recommend going to anyone else but Melissa there. Fatima and Danielle are great there though. But since this happened I won't be going back as well...

I love Trendz Salon & everyone who works there. Everyone recieves you as you walk in the door with such a pleasant demeanor. My stylist Dinho, has been the only person in the last 12 years that touches my hair & I fully trust him, even my husband goes & gets me gift certificates to have my hair done my Dinho. You don't find people who actually listen to you, do what you want on your hair, but at the same time be completely honest about how the look you want may or may not be right for you.
