Went in on Friday to get a Tres Leches cake, paid for it so I could pick it up on Sunday for Mother’s Day. When I showed up to pick up the cake it looked like it was a week old. The syrup (or whatever they use) was pale and smeared down the side of the cake. The fruits in too were squished/smushed. I told the manager that that was not the cake I had purchased. He said that it was that I picked and said you picked it it’s yours. “It’s not my problem”. This manager needs to get some training in customer service and maybe get sent home for a few days without pay. This was my first time at this store and it will be my last. Most of my family and friends shop here but after a few phone calls they will not she shopping here in hopes to support me as well as some action being taken against this poor excuse for a manager.

You can do better La Hacienda. Your other es stores have done and regularly do better. Losing thousands of dollars a week in business over a $28 cake that no one would take home is not worth...

Needed a box for the pan dulce since I was purchasing more than 24 pieces of sweet bread. I waited about 5 minutes I asked 3 people and one pointed to the other and when the guy finally came he only gave me 1/2 of the box no lid. How stupid I requested the other half of the box and he is like no I even ask the cashier per the receipt her name is Rosa and she looked hella confused not understanding my request I needed something to cover the box and Rosa just ignored my request too. I offered to pay for the box too. How sad that people don’t care and do the bare minimum I guess by just showing up to work they did there job.
