While I’m here to leave a wonderful review, I’d like for everyone to take a moment to understand the importance of being a decent customer in public and not bashing an establishment because you wanted extra rare wings.
Nashville Hot Chicken here in SSF is a gem. The options, the flavor and the welcoming staff. There was a grand opening and nothing but the enjoyment of happy people enjoying their meals in the atmosphere.
Also on this joyous day, was a Lisa Diamond who left a one star review. It’s appalling and also cringe reading your review and all the other reviews you’ve given to other establishments, just as much as it was watching you scarf the wings you so badly wanted undercooked. If you go to just about any reputable place that cooks chicken, you would know that chicken is to be cooked to a certain temperature to ensure that the foods are not served raw. Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. Minimum 25 min wait. In the event you wanted rare chicken, I would’ve pointed you to the nearest grocery store up the road to rummage your way through. If you wanted fast food, should just went anywhere else beloved.
I was also a patient customer waiting for MY food on this establishments Grand Opening day when you decided to create a chaotic atmosphere by causing a scene because your wings weren’t ready in the time YOU thought they should’ve taken to cook. I watched as you walked to your car to inhale these wings that led you to create an unnecessary disgusting review. No photos, nothing indicating there was anything wrong with the food. Now, I’d love to post the picture of you annihilating those wings, but I wouldn’t want to do that to you. I understand you were maybe just, hangry. And I’m also pretty sure I got your bad side. So I’ll save you the extra embarrassment and not do it.

Read moreI want to clarify this situation as someone who was there - but as the customer she was yelling at to get a refund. I’ve been to this restaurant three times in two days, and every single visit has been clean, professional, and consistent.
She was informed — like every customer — that her bone-in chicken would take 20–25 minutes to cook, because they serve food fresh and never rush undercooked meat. She waited in her car for over an hour, ate the food, and never came back to say anything about it being “undercooked.” No photo. No complaint. Nothing — until she decided to return and cause a scene.
When she came back, she didn’t quietly express a concern. She yelled at the staff, accused them of being unsanitary, and told customers (including me) to cancel our orders and get our money back. That kind of behavior is not okay — especially when the staff remained calm, respectful, and tried to help her.
The kitchen is fully equipped with automatic, temperature-controlled machines, and staff follow strict food safety and glove-use policies. No one is handling food without proper training and sanitation.
