I was arriving late evening at SFO after a flight from the East Coast; I just wanted a simple room to reach quickly after getting off the plane ready for my next day appointment what wasn't until noon. The hotel met all my needs and expectations and at a price that I felt was reasonable in what is arguably the most expensive area of the entire USA. The hotel was pretty busy, even as I got my early, hot breakfast at 6am. It seems that the hotel's traffic is pretty much people who are departing on a flight from SFO. Breakfast was great and well stocked. So, after my 6.30 conference call with the E Coast that I did from my room, I went down for a second breakfast at around 8.30 and the place was humming. But, all was still good in terms of coffee, juices cereal and hot items. Then my business plans changes and I needed to stick around until around 3pm. So, I checked out of my room when required (I didn't ask for a late check out) and worked on my laptop at a table in their outside courtyard and the inside where I was told to make myself comfortable until whenever I needed to leave. The Wi-Fi was free, fast and reliable. They do charge $6/night to park a car (they give you a registration card to put in your window, otherwise you are likely to be towed) but it's in a well lit area and reasonable considering the paucity of space in the entire region. All in all, a great place to crash for the night and excellent value for money. No frills but certainly...

Terrible. DO NOT STAY here. Rooms dirty. Suppose to have shuttle service. Wrong. The last 1 was at midnight. We flew here from Florida a very long flight. Was told what level to be near. Was there on time. All other hotel picking up ppl. I was told he was coming when I called. Stood out in the cold for over 45 minutes. I called twice after that the front desk kept hanging up on me. Had no choice a uber driver right there but had not set account up yet. Because of their promises. Had to pay out 50 bucks in cash. So no receipt. Next day tried to get shuttle to airport to rent a car. Told us NO So got LYFT to take us there. So they lie about shuttle service. Breakfast 2nd day terrible. Wouldnt feed to a dog. Room dirty. Black hairs all over tub. We both have blond. Carpet so dirty. Wore flip flops on floor. This place I will never be back again. Also if you want to sleep forget it. A big train sounding loud horns all through the night. So sleep deprived. Its unreal. This is 1 of the worst places to stay EVER. Tried for 2 days to talk to manager. 1 was never there so weired reason. Checked out early 10/31/22 told story to asian woman in front. That we will NOT be back. Did have plans to stay when back from HA. Told her to cancel. Already paid for. She still refused. So not staying there ever again. If I were you DO NOT USE THIS DUMP OF a...

The airport shuttle bus driver was incredibly rude! He did not even say good bye after I had said goodbye twice and both my kids had individually said goodbye. I was really hoping that there may have been something wrong with him to forgive his rudeness. This hotel is EXTREMELY LOUD! It sits right along the freeway and the railroad tracks. The room they gave us initially was sitting right along the tracks and they were shifting some train cars around. Fortunately the staff was understanding and permitted us to change into another room. They were polite and came to our room to walk us to the new room which was a handicapped room within an alcove and quite a bit more peaceful. The problem with this room was that although it was designated non smoking, it was rank with the smell of embedded nicotine and smoke. I would rather have the smoke than the noise, so we stayed in this room. However, I know I will never stay here again and I had already forewarned my husband and sister not to stay there as I know they travel through SFO quite often. There are much better places to stay in the area for the same price. We were on the 0530 shuttle in the morning, so it was satisfactory for the 6 hours we were there, but I definitely will avoid this hotel...

We missed our connecting flight out from San Franciso, and United Airlines offered us this place, which is close by to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay. They had sausages, eggs, toasts, pastries, a waffle station, hot and cold beverages, and different types of yogurts. The room was somewhat clean and had a microwave in it, which is great, especially when traveling with kids. One thing we noticed, though, is the place was very quiet. There was also a laundry room available for us to see for a small fee. The machine only takes coins, so you would need to go to the reception to either break your notes or pay by card and they will give you the coins. Laundry detergent can also be purchased at the reception. There was also a shuttle service available when we checked out and we were fortunate that the wait time wasn’t too long as experience by other reviewers. The shuttle took us right to our terminal which was great. Overall it was a good one night stay with the family rather than having to sleep in the airport while we wait for our next flight out 24 hours later.

It's a great place to stay very close to the airport. When I first checked in, I felt the place was torn down but when you see the rooms it's really nice and very clean. Great customer service and they gave early check in and late check out accommodating my flight timings. They do also have a shuttle service that runs from 5 to 10 am and then 6 to 10 pm (pics attached). The breakfast is decent, not fancy but traditional sausage patties, eggs, waffles with great coffee. The yogurt refrigerator was always empty lol. I stayed for a week here and it's next to the railway station and downtown with great restaurants. It's away from the city but a quiet place and you can travel to the city through train. Great place to stay and explore things around. The one thing I didn't like was the room service, I had to request front multiple times to have a room service and they finally came on the fifth day lol. Check out the picture for the shuttle timings and please look for hotel shuttle courtesy in each terminals to board on the shuttle. I didn't know this but I was able to catch the shuttle somehow.

An absolute gem in South San Francisco. Although the location is tucked at the back of East Grand Avenue, our Ubers to and from downtown SF (Bill Graham Civic Auditorium) we're $22 and $30 before tips. It also costs around $7 to park a car here for the evening. Check in was a breeze and front desk workers are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, showers are hot and there is a microwave and refrigerator available in the rooms. Breakfast was from 6-9 am and included eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices. As far as improvements, our room was facing the Caltrain and the train constantly blows their horn all day up until the evening. Water pressure was a little low in our shower as well and the ice machine on the top floor was inoperable. Otherwise, we are fans and will definitely be returning.
