Oh my goodness, I just had my very first HOT POT experience and it was absolutely delicious! The staff at this place were incredibly welcoming and greeted us with big smiles as soon as we walked in. The restaurant has a simple yet tidy vibe that I really appreciated. Our waiter was so quick to bring us our drinks, and his warm and friendly smile made us feel right at home. You could just tell he's a genuinely kind person.
My son and daughter-in-law had dined here before and they guided us on how to order. They even gave us a little tour and helped me get started on creating a fantastic and steaming hot meal! The food was beyond amazing and the portions were so generous. I would easily rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10. It's the ultimate comfort food experience that you won't want to miss out on. There's something so enjoyable about cooking your own food - it's an absolute blast!
I highly recommend giving this place a try. Just a heads up, parking might be a bit tricky, so I suggest getting there early to secure a spot. Trust me, it's totally worth it for the scrumptious meal you're about to enjoy!...
Read moreI would give zero star if it’s possible. It’s huge disappointment at this restaurant because I came here based on all the good reviews. The food quality is so bad. They cannot even wash their veggie right. The stuff is so rude. When I talked to the waitress Connie or Conggie ( I guess that is what her name is) about the problem. No apology at all. But she said “ The veggie dirty is the kitchen’s problem, not mine. And veggie bowl is for free. You don’t have to eat it if you don’t want to.” Excuse me? What do you mean it’s free. I paid for everything! How about say something like " I am so sorry about this. i will talk to the kitchen and make sure they give the veggie a good wash" that maybe sounds like a human talking. Don’t come here and don’t trust the reviews. They are not real. Instead, go to Shabu Club, 100 times better than here. Hello manager. Please tell me if the veggie supposed to be dirty? Your stuff could really benefit from some...
Read moreI was craving Shabu-Shabu pot. I was so glad that they were opened!! I ordered $44 AYCE with traditional Kombu(kelp) broth. They have decent amount of options for meat and condiments (side). I recommend Ponzu ( make sure to add scallions) for beef, Veggies or noodle. Sesame sauce( add tiny bit of minced garlic and one spoon of chili oil) for pork. I was really satisfied!!! Sesame sauce had very interesting flavor compare to Japanese Sesame sauce (I'm from Japan). It had kinda herby after taste... That's the only thing I was a little disappointed. Besides that they were very friendly and...
