I agreed with a lot of other reviewers that think this restaurant's thai food is the most shockingly bland thai food we've ever had. We've never had bland thai food before. I wonder if those good reviews are fake or those people like bland unauthentic thai food or they have 2 chefs (1 good & 1 bad) 🤔? Based on our dine-in experience at the restaurant, they do not have authentic thai food & are very expensive with small portions. Everything we ordered was bland & barely had any spices or flavor. Papaya salad was somewhat spicy but didn't have much flavor. Chicken yellow curry & shrimp tom yum soup were very watered down & bland. Yellow curry portion was small. Pad se-iew beef was also bland & had regular broccoli in it instead of chinese brocolli like other thai restaurants. Chicken satay skewers were small, somewhat dry & bland also. Thai fried rice was also bland. Thai ice tea was not bad but too sweet. Our guy waiter wasn't very welcoming or friendly to us but seemed to be pretty friendly with the regular customers next to our table. We were still hungry after because we didn't eat that much of the food & their portions...

Absolutely horrible. They poisoned me even after I called ahead and asked if they were comfortable preparing a meal for somebody with celiac disease who cannot eat gluten. When I arrived and was greeted I was very thorough and let them know exactly what my allergies were and they assured me that they take care of gluten free meals all the time so I felt comfortable and trusted them but five minutes after taking my first bite I became violently ill and barely made it back to my hotel and now I have been violently ill for hours. And when I asked them if it was definitely gluten-free they said yes but I was already having the symptoms of a gluten attack and they eventually admitted that the tofu in my meal was deep-fried and cross-contaminated because they use the same fryer for everything but the waitress lied to me in the beginning and said that it was all 100% gluten-free so now I have to go to the hospital and miss the entire rest of the conference that I paid over $1500 to attend. ...

Im not happy or satisfied with what happened at ALL! I would put a 0...

Thai Satay offers an average dining experience with decent food but disappointing service. Tom Yum Soup: The Tom Yum Soup was overly coconut-y, which threw off the balance of flavors. The spice didn’t blend well with the heavy coconut base, though the overall taste was still decent. It’s not what I’d expect from a well-balanced Tom Yum. Pad Thai: The Pad Thai was just okay – nothing memorable or outstanding. It’s your typical Pad Thai that doesn’t stand out in any way. Service: Unfortunately, the service was a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. It’s something they could improve to make the visit more enjoyable. Ambience: On the positive side, the ambience was good – comfortable and inviting, making it a pleasant place to sit and dine. While the ambience is nice, the food and service didn’t leave a strong impression. Thai Satay is okay for a quick meal, but it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to revisit.

UPDATE June 2021: Ordered Pad Thai with Tofu as take out. This has to be the worst Pad Thai I ever had in my life. Who puts broccoli in Pad Thai? The tofu was old. It tasted a bit sour and was not fully cooked. The noodles were overcooked. The most important part was their Tamarind sauce. It's so bad that buying Pad Thai frozen bowls at Target taste better. This place is an embarrassment of all Thai restaurant. If you want good Thai food, go to Siam Spoon down the street. They make their Pad Thai way better than this place. Only reason I ordered here because Siam Spoon are closed on Sundays. Don't bother going here. Order if you don't care for hair. Craving red curry, eating through half of it and found a long strand of hair inside the curry. PUKE. Disgusting. Probably won't order from here from now on. Who knows what else is inside the food.

We ordered around 6:45 pm in a Sunday evening which most places in the area are closed. The person who took our phone order was very pleasant. Our order was delivered within 30 minutes! The order was package very neatly which was important bc we ordered curry dishes which can easily spill, which these did not. The yellow curry with chicken was one of the best dishes I’ve tasted in some time! So good I drank the remaining broth. Note: order a side of steamed rice since it’s not included. We also ordered the red curry (good but not as good as the yellow). The sticky rice with mango which was also delicious!! My picky kids also devoured the food!
