I had a simple amplifier changed out and it has become a nightmare from 3 days ago. The product reccomended was inferior and the installation was below mediocre. There were at least 6 items wired wrong. So I go back to the store 3 days later and they said we are not refunding you and that we have a lifetime warranty. The problem is, I dont want their products or anyone there to touch my car again as the wiring almost ruined my head unit. They said "your beat and we are not refunding you". I told them that I would take them to court and leave bad reviews but they did not seem to care and said we will see you in court. So here I am at the courthouse in Tom's River filling out the paperwork while I write this review. I have been a district manager in retail for 30 years and never had an issue with a retailer like this. I even told them they could keep the cost of the wires but refund me for the 3 day old amp and installation. If a lawyer costs me 2000 to get my 475.00 back it will be well worth it buyers beware. Not a great place to do business with. In any retail company, if you are not happy with the product or services you received you can get a refund. Not here apparently. Own to your mistakes and take care of customers or you wont have any. I am posting this review on Yelp and contacting the Better Business Burough in addition to having to go to court which all could have been simply avoided for owning up. I was told the amp was 200 watts per channel and it's actually 100. The total price was 475.00 which included running a new subwoofer volume switch and my old one was used and no new switch was installed when they said my old one would not work. The amp goes for 139.00 on Amazon. 336.00 for install? I would be glad to remove my reviews, avoid the BBB and court for a simple refund for a 100% unhappy customer but I think I will have to see this through to the end....
