Liberation Escape Rooms — Attraction in Southaven

The customer service was absolutely superb, I booked a room In late July. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to keep our reservation. I called Liberation and they were so kind to reschedule us, not once but twice. Both times I explained what happened and they were more than happy to just move us toys different week. I know they didn’t have to be accommodating, but so appreciative that they were. We finally got to go tonight and the other couple meeting is was running late. Again they were super kind on being accommodating and allowing us to start a few minutes late. I know this isn’t something that can always happen. Every employee I had contact with via phone or in person were so nice and helpful. We did Captain’s Quarters and it was a blast. The way they decorated the room was amazing. All of us had a lot of fun working on figuring out how to “escape”. We did have so much fun - the room was interesting, cues clever and the staff incredibly nice and polite!

However there's one thing I wish was done different because imo it was a bit unfair.

Few times during the game we have figured out the answer but couldn't get to the next part due to equipment errors. We found the code to a lock but we couldn't open it for like 10 minutes, we figured out another thing but the table didn't align so the staff had to help. So I hope there will be a solution to that. Other than that - loved it and will surely come back to hopefully escape the room...

This was our groups first time doing an escape room and it was an amazing time. The workers explained everything thoroughly and were super friendly. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to hold our hands through it all with us being new to escape rooms and also doing their second hardest room, Castle of Conundrums. No spoilers, but the room itself was really well put together with a lot of “oh wow that’s crazy” moments with the puzzles and solutions, we loved it.
