Had the pleasure of checking out with angela the other day. Not only did she just forget she scannned my items already she also forgot to scan a couple of my items. I just got a few things about 5 when i can to the register i was already upset because the previous customer in front of me had to bag her own order because angela wanted to go sit down before the next customer. Next she asks for my number i have to repeat it 3 times and throughout the entire process all i hear from angela is constant complaining about how she’s only got 30 more minutes at 11am and how she needs a cocktail right now. After the first transaction goes through not only does she go sit down again, she doesn’t even bag anything but my crowd feet wrenches and when i’m still waiting at the register she asks what do i want, i tell her then that she didn’t scan an item and it’s one of the ones that you need an associate to get it from the back because they scan the little paper. I know she knows what i’m talking about because she literally said “code 51 can you grab this for me” i’m assuming means paper slip i need someone to grab it from the back. This of course was met with more complaining and i forgot to mention she was coughing all over my items and receipt the entire transaction, once i receive my items she tries to scan everything again saying she doesn’t remember scanning anything. I was just trying to get a few extra tools for work at 11am with my girlfriend and left just disappointed i never have any issues here. I hope nobody has to check out with angela...

we had a horrible experience my husband went to buy an item and I did not have it in stock Gregory the manager was not hospitable in terms of holding it for him when it did come in stock.... so we drove to the other side of Memphis where the customer service and the management was great off of Summer Avenue in bought the $400 product at that store!!
then I see staff (off Goodman Rd) is the same way because the Diamond was very rude, argumentative, did not listen to me, actually stopped a staff member from helping me and sent him up front on the register but she did not have the knowledge that he did, did not let me finish my sentences etc etc when I was looking for additional items on a different day as opposed to Elaine was very respectful kind and tried to help this store has a bad climate in terms of...
Read moreI'm not sure if it's this store's policy or company wide but if you're a member of the inside track club you're getting screwed over. Every single time I have something on an extra discount through this membership they overcharge me. The only way to keep this from happening is to have the coupon out and in their face. They have all of my information in their system and then act like it is impossible to automatically give me credit on the items purchased that qualify for this extra discount. It's funny how Kroger figured this out 15 years ago but for Harbor Freight this is a technical hurdle they just can't get over.
