I paid (in full) for a Stern and Foster extra firm king mattress on 3/18/2021. I was given the run around of it being "on the truck for delivery " for 2 weeks. I called and informed them that if my mattress was not delivered the next day (after the 2 week period) I would be up there for a full refund. The next day I went for my refund and the manager stated he went and pulled my mattress himself for delivery the next day. When it was finally delivered it wasn't the extra firm one that I paid for. This was on a Friday. I called and informed him that it was the correct brand but the incorrect comfort that I paid for (which is higher). Again, I was informed that it would be on the truck for delivery that following Tuesday. I called the store Tuesday just for confirmation and was informed that my merchandise was on the truck to be delivered. Well, it was not delivered and yes I was home all day waiting on them, yet again! I have never in my life dealt with any company of this caliber and I never will again!! At this point all I want is my money back. I have no problem paying more money elsewhere as long as I receive honesty, professionalism and good management service. This is what I'm used to when dealing with companies. This is too much and I wouldn't wish it on anyone! Disorganization, unreliability and poor business management! A waste of my time sitting home all day just for them not to show up based on a lie from management!! Deal with them at your own risk! I NEVER WILL AGAIN! This is one customer they've lost!!!!
Update: Went into the location on the 9th of April for a refund. Actually spoke with Steve in person who assured me that he did not relay past messages to staff to relay to me. He stated that my mattress was in and he can assure me that it will be delivered to me on the 12th and it was! FINALLY the correct one! But, I did obtain a refund on other items purchased. I was just done. There still needs to be honest workers in the store and not just telling you anything just to appease you or to get you off their back so to speak. Not good etiquette! This makes management look bad if it isn't management who's having them to relay the messages. Have to get it together. Not a good...
   Read moreI really wanted to love this store but I have reached my breaking point of patience with their lack of care and concern. I originally went in to inquire about getting furniture to help build some credit. I was told they do it as well as the third party company I ended up doing the lease to purchase option with. I opted in for 90 days payment plan. Today 7/15/22 I fulfilled my obligation and paid the balance off for a total of $2,238. I called the company to confirm they received my last payment and asked them to please report it to the credit agencies. I was told they do not do that. I'm super upset about this as that was the entire reason I purchased to begin with. Classic Home Furniture employee Mike lied to me so he could make the sale. Not cool.
I purchased 2 recliners and a couch. When they delivered the furniture initially I only received one chair which was off the show room floor and had missing buttons on the remote that controlled the massage and heat functions. I know it was that chair because when I sat in it I specifically asked Mike if I would be getting a new chair and showed him the missing buttons. He assured me I would be getting brand new furniture. Well, that didn't happen either. They replaced the chair and had a new one delivered. It took almost 2 weeks to get the other original chair from my order. That one broke within the first 30 days and the arm cushions were flat where you could feel the wood. It took 3 weeks for someone to come look at it and now here we are 2 more weeks later still waiting for them to bring the replacement. All of this happened well within my warranty and before I paid it off.
I will never use this company again. They lied to me to make a sale, they delivered broken furniture, take weeks to get a call back, and they still have not followed through with replacing the chair. The customer service in the store was incredible, they were so nice and helpful which is why I chose them. After that sale was made they literally could care less about...

Pros: The salesmen, the administrative assistant, and delivery men were all polite. Cons: After waiting a week, delivered wrong dining table, wrong bench, wrong chairs, wrong pantry cabinet. Everything had to be sent back, and I had to wait an additional three days to receive my items. Three extra days may not seem like an inconvenience, but when your dining room is also your homeschool room, it's challenging. China cabinet latches. Each latch has two screws. One of the latches wasn't even attached to wood on both sides. So? I'm just supposed to open and close the door until the latch finally breaks? We took them off, but of course the doors do not close because the furniture maker used screws that are way too big for the hinges. China cabinet touch up paint job a bit sloppy. Texted photos to salesman four days ago, haven't heard back. We decided not to let the delivery men assemble the table because we wanted to put pads on the bottom of our table, and we didn't want to risk having our floors scratched. My husband (a very handy guy) discovered the threaded metal pieces were inserted at an angle instead of straight. Since the pieces were angled, the threaded metal could not grasp the screws. With the help of my dad (another very handy guy), they were able to correct the mistake and get the table assembled properly.
