So, where to begin.
First: I called on Thursday the 23rd around 10/11 in the morning to check and see if they had a screen replacement for my phone (LG Vista 2). He never gave me a price and just simply told me to come in. Second: I arrived at the location around 1/2 PM. When I arrived the man behind the counter asked me if I needed any help. Told him what I needed and he got on the computer to research the screen. He then called someone on the phone to see if it was in stock. He got off the phone, told me it was in stocl, and we closed a sale. Now... in closing the sale he told me it would be here Monday. Third: Monday the 27th rolls around, it is noon, and not one call. I called at that time and later again around 4 PM to see if my screen came in. The answer I got both times were "We will call you around 4/5 to let you know when/if your screen came in". (Now I'm puzzled both times because right before the sale the guy in the store talked to the supplier. When I brought this to her attention she mentioned "we buy our products online". (so...I could have done this and just had you guys to the job???).
Fourth: I just called at 2pm on the 28th to see if it came in. Apparently it came in this morning and was not bothered with a phone call. I'm livid at this point and I'm letting the lady know I'm not a happy customer and am willing to go to small claims court and file a complaint over my $40 installment to get my screen here by Monday. Needless to say, I demanded a refund, said I would be in the next day, and wanted to make sure the manager was in.
Fifth: the manager calls me and demands I do not talk to his employee the way I did. Never did I once cuss or threaten her. The business has a sign that reads "NO REFUNS. ALL SALES FINAL" on their counter so my rebutle to that was the small claims court to get my refund. The manager offered to give me my money back. Will update further once I get my refund.
P.s. My roommate has gone to them three times for screen protectors and swears up and down by this company. I will admit they have plenty to choose from, and if you get one then be grateful the product you want is there and you're able to grab, pay, and go with your product.
June 29th
I walked in to speak with the manager, and he was dealing with another customer's phone. He looked up from his work, saw me, and smirked. I did not want a confrontation so I just patiently waited for him to speak with me. When he finally came to see me the first thing he said was "Are we upset today or are we called down? Do you want the refund or do you want me to spend 30 minutes and fix your screen?" I explained that the business that was handled with my purchase was handled poorly and I did not want to continue with my repair and asked for my refund. He then commented back with "You're really wanting to do this all over $30?" This was majorly disrespectful. I did receive my refund though. I just truly hope someone reads this before giving them business. Just don't expect a time frame and prepare to deal with nonsense of you...

After receiving the phone back, the same day we had problems with the phone turning on and off, Siri kept saying things without being prompt, the connect to iTunes commmad kept popping up. We took it back the same day. After picking it up a second time, the same problems still occurred (even while in the store, before leaving). We were instructed to leave the phone for additional work. After we received the phone back a second time, it would not hold a charge. After a few days, the phone died completely and would not turn on. We contacted the store and was told to bring it back in. They had the phone for 3 days (with no communication on their partāwhich they assured us that they will call, text or email). On the 3rd day, we contacted the company. We were told that the āmotherboardā was not working. They offered to sell us another phone, even though we were out of 100+, getting it repaired.
