Shades Lounge — Attraction in Southbridge

this place was amazing for the food and I want the so maybe next if the time is remember I will come back, this is not a I cannot want to come back here. Sometimes food was amazing and i back to come more often. This place was great (I forgot how to spell amazing so I stuck with great). Last time I ate the food and it was great man I love it too much there is so much good food. there is so much food to choose from the food was amazing [(yes i remembered how to spell amazing again so I do not have to use the word great now,]note to self to check above if I want to spell amazing again, who knows when I will forget how to spell that word)]. We have been staying here for almost 7 years during the brimfield shows and when we dont want to eat out we eat here. It's Bar food...nothing special, however tonight we had the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant. Look at my other reviews, I don't like to leave bad reviews. We waited at our table for 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The waiter kept screwing up our orders, kept forgetting to bring our waters, brought out our main meals before our appetizers, bartender might as well have been a mannequin because I stood for 10 minutes waiting for a bottle of beer while he just kept entering in all the servers food tickets. This place keeps getting progressively worse with each year. Probably won't stay here again....definitely won't...

The house made chips that come with the burgers are pretty good, if you can get them. Its time for some training/supervision, when the waitress argues with a table of 8 as to whether or not the chips are on the menu and she served the same group the night before, and had 4 orders of house made chips. 2 nights in a row of questionable service.
