Panda Garden — Restaurant in Southbridge

The place is under renovations, worth plastic barriers hanging. In the area where you can eat, there were 3 tables. The food was served on their finest plastic and paper dishes, with their shiny plastic cutlery... I order beef teriyaki sticks and a beef lo mein... They were the worst stocks I've ever had. Rubber texture, and funky taste. The beef in the lo mein was gross as well. They also burnt my noodles. Paid $22 for absolute garbage. The only good thing on the table was the soda. All the places were either rude or wouldn't deliver to my location. This was the only restaurant to delivered up to my truck even. And they had the nicest, woman answer the phone.
