We called late in the day on the Saturday before Valentine’s, looking for orange roses/flowers for a certain Valentine. (See photo) Kim(the new owner as of January ‘24) said “Yes, we have orange!” So we drove over and she whipped up this beautiful bouquet filled with greenery and stunning orange roses! The place inside is adorable! Great gift and add on selection! Plenty of plants and flowers… My new go-to! … Fast forward to now, March: Emailed Kim about a few things I need for school related events through the end of the year… Not only did she come up with what I need, she also made some fantastic suggestions and recommendations…. She is so pleasant to work with and that is HUGE in my book as far as customer service is concerned....

Incredible customer service! I completely messed up--for the delivery address, I put my friend's Southbury street address, but then went on autopilot and put my own town and zip code. The delivery person drove several towns over and then texted me in confusion when they couldn't find the house number. I was mortified when I explained my mistake and the person said it was no big deal--they'd just go back to Southbury and deliver it where it was meant to go. Website offer multiple gift baskets with delivery on multiple days to include on Christmas Day. Following an e-order for a gift basket it was immediately cancelled with no explanation. Upon calling (had to try 5 times to get through they stated they just stopped doing gift baskets until after the holiday. Bottom line - they offer services that they then refuse to deliver.
