North Bar and Grille — Restaurant in Southfield

If "IDGAF" was a gang..These 3 (only 2 pictured) would be it. The bar was practically empty 12 people there at max. The lady with the bun took our order after we sat at the bar almost 20mins watching them do a bunch of nothing. We asked her twice could we order she told us just a min both times. I watched people come from tables asking to order and they just nodded. We ordered drinks and food. The guys from the kitchen gave us our food. The bartender never acknowledged us again. I figured they must have an automatic gratuity because this level of not caring after the people who visit only comes when your tip is secure. And sure enough after waiting 20mins to order her not coming back to check on us after we got our food none see if we want another drink she drops the bill ad i see that 20%. I wasn't surprised. As a former server/bartender this new age of automatic gratuity gives then less of a reason to care. I wanted another drink she seemed annoyed. I ordered the same drink as i didnt the 1st time it wasn't even the same color nor did she give me fruit like the 1st time. Lol these ladies truly don't care....

I’m only giving it 1 star because that’s as low as I can go. Went here “Sunday Brunch” and let’s just say brunch is not their strongest point. My party got there around 1230, there was only 1 other table there when we arrived. It took over a hour to get our food just for it to come out cold. Who do you really expect to eat COLD shrimp and grits?! Asked for hot bacon with my meal (which was included) and a side of eggs, both I never received, but they were added to my bill, when told that the bill was incorrect, we were told that the 1 bill that was right had been voided and needed to be paid AGAIN (why it was voided? Who knows) we asked to speak to a manager, and he seemed to have made his rounds to every table but ours and when he did make it over he seemed to be just as lost. I say this to say that was our 1st and LAST time there day or night… everything isn’t for everyone, brunch definitely...

Food was awful & overpriced! SMH they should be ashamed!!! The wings were overcooked & the size of my thumb literally, I’ve never seen anything like it & the two mini egg rolls cut in half are a joke & the drinks are weak, overpriced basically $20 a piece full of ice & automatically adding in high priced gratuity for 1 person is beyond me, & the bathroom’s stink & are dirty… the only thing decent looking is dining/bar area & the parking is terrible! Definitely won’t be back! This place is a rip off with not enough staff (For reference the 10 micro wings, 2 egg rolls & 2 drinks with & gratuity...
