My my my, where do I start.....11 days ago (Wednesday, February 10th) I notified Woof Woof that I wanted to purchase 1 of their puppies. I have been stalking their IG page for idk how many years and FINALLY decided to purchase a puppy. I texted with Jeff and completed the purchase with JoAnne, we talked for 15 minutes about how we both were new moms and I have an 18 year old whose been wanting a puppy for 16 years. The puppy literally had just got back an hour prior from getting his rabies shot and we wanted a boy dog. I am a nurse so I qualified for the 15% off the original price which was a blessing but that 6% sales tax is a killer, lol. We initially scheduled the puppy to fly home (California) with his Nanny (who resides in Missouri) on Tuesday February 16th but the weather got the best of the Midwest causing many airports to shutdown across the country so we had to postpone it. I was admitted to the hospital early Thursday morning on the 18th, something clicked in my mind that next day on Friday to text the Nanny to see if everyone that way were ok and she told me that she was just touching basis with Jeff and everyone was fine. She told me that they were planning to have the puppy sent to me today on Monday the 22nd, I was cool with that plan, however, yesterday evening after she got the puppy she mentioned that she was in Detroit and they were cautioned that it was possibly going to be another storm and the airports may shutdown again so sheād rather try to catch the last flight out of Detroit and stay the night here in LA. She gave me and my son the itinerary and she boarded the plane at 8:40pm (5:40pm Cali time) and said weād see her in 5 hours at 10:51pm. My son drove to LAX and by 11:03pm she sent me a picture with DJ holding his dog. Now I was initially getting this dog for Jamari (13 months) to have someone to play with but I knew in hindsight that THIS WAS DJās dog!! DJ have been wanting a dog since he was 2 and we could never have pets where we lived but this time around we were able to get one. Bruno just snuggled right into DJ as if he has known him his whole life (4 months), not to mention he has the same birthday as me (October 12th) so how AWESOME IS THAT!!? Jeff and JoAnne were so nice, they even sent me 2 complimentary dog bowls and made my purchase very easy and it went off without a hitch. I know the price may be a bit steep but if I: 1) get a healthy puppy whose intact from head to toe 2) heās the same dog I picked out in the photos and videos on IG then I am happy with my purchase. Many people have asked me about him and I told them where I went, Iām sure Jeff and JoAnne will have some new clients referencing my name to them. I donāt know what happened with the other customers who left the bad reviews, but what I do know from my own personal experience is that I received nothing but kindness, honesty and trustworthiness my way. My puppy is the exact same one I picked out and from what I can see he is completely healthy, he eats well, he drinks well and uses his puppy pad well. I have nothing but a very good repertoire with Woof Woof Puppies and I have to go off of what my situation was with the boutique. The only thing I wish I could change is me being able to be there in person to actually visit the pet store to see it for myself with my own eyes, I will definitely keep Woof Woof Puppies in mind for anyone in the near future who may be looking into buying a puppy. I purchased a male Teacup Red Poodle and he is currently 1 pound 8oz, he will be between 3.5-5.5 pounds as an adult and we will take him to the vet next Friday on March 5th to give the update back to Jeff and JoAnne regarding the puppy and how heās been in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese people lie !!!! They always say how there puppies are charting to be 3 pounds full grown lol do you realize how small that is ?? There is no possible way they can tell you the size of the puppy full grown not a chance ! I have a very very tiny boy yorkie and in fact everywhere I go everyone says how tiny he is and I have never seen one smaller . When I purchased him he was so little I had to take him home at 13 .5 weeks old . He now weighs 5.5 pounds that is very small so she is lying saying 3 pounds . Why do you think she makes everybody sign paperwork saying they can not leave a review . If she was so Confident in her puppies and the size that she claims they are going to be she would let anyone post a review especially the people that buy the dogs from her that is just shady!!!! She has very cute puppies but just know that you are not going to be getting a full grown 3 pound dog and you are going to be paying triple if not more for these puppies thinking they are going to stay a 3 pounds . Please inform yourself ! Also just know that at 13.5 weeks my yorkie could fit in one hand not two , he say perfectly in a mug . Ask how how many weeks they are and if they are bigger then one hand and canāt fit in a mug at 13.5 lol they will not be 3 pounds full grown. Most yorkies if they have small parents will be the size of the parents or could even be larger they range typically from 5 to 13 pounds . But if you get a good one usually donāt go over 7 pounds thatās the small ones ! When buying a puppy u should always ask to see the parents ! Iām sorry I just find it to funny how she says on most all of her ads that they are charting to be 3 pounds ! lol Guarantee she makes you sign off on that in the paperwork that you sign !! 𤄠liar liar. Make sure you read all reviews on woof woof puppies before purchase you will see multiple upon multiple People complaining about how rude this lady is and selling sick puppies and lying about size ! She told one person Her infamous 3 pound and the dog grew up to be 16 pounds. You can purchase a small healthy yorkie from a small breeder that shows you the parents lets you leave reviews sells AKC dogs with paperwork has vet health paperwork showing shots. If the breeder does not allow you to see the parents of the dog and you cannot see where the dogs are living Itās most likely a puppy mill and you should not buy from this person. I want you to really think about how hard it is to love and take cAre of one dog let alone multiple so sheās having puppies monthly if not sooner thatās alot of dogs ! So many infact how could they all be being treated properly impossible definitely running a puppy mill . I swear by small Breeders you want your dog to be healthy and live a long life and want to know that your puppy was in a loving and caring home because believe it or not if the puppy is not given love it will affect the way it acts as it gets older. So make sure you bring your scale when u go to woof woof puppies and ask to see her 2 pound male she claims to have and weigh him yourself , if she even allows you to see the parents and pics...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't say enough great things about Woof Woof puppies! But, I'm going to try. First off, the care and love these animals receive is awesome. Our TC Yorkie that we bought from Woof woof puppies, was a lovey, cuddly kisser right from the start. You could see, feel and even smell the care these animals have received. From the pads on their paws, to their shiny well groomed coats that smelled so great, and then to reach out and hold them from the first time you knew that they were well loved and cared for. I thought I would never want a pet again after the loss of our beloved TC Yorkie "Tiki". We had her for 14 years. Her passing left a huge hole in my heart. But after a few months of grieving we started doing extensive research on a future pup. We feel in love with all of the puppies on Woof Woof's page. Joanne answered our first message right away. And continued to do so during our decision making process. Even when we got our little "Ollie" home Joanne has continued to check in to make sure everything was perfect. And it has been perfect. We love our "Ollie" boy so much. And everyone that visits him or see's a picture of him, instantly falls in love. He is a perfect pup. I would highly recommend Woof Woof. You get what you pay for. Remember your not just paying for the pup. You are paying for the peace of mind in knowing this pup's every need was seen to during the first few months of their life, the most important months. They have been given the best food, tons of attention, a vet check and most importantly, lots of love by Woof Woof. These precious animals were not just crated and then put up for sale waiting for someone to buy them. They had a life, a good life with Woof Woof before we got them home. Now that's peace of mind, and that was worth every penny to us. 5 Star People and 5 Star puppies. Woof Woof has set the bar high, real high. Haters gonna hate. Why? Because very few can accomplish what Woof Woof has. Thank you for all of your hard work, and your dedication to these...
