Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Spanish Fork

The food is incredibly delicious, it definitely tastes like Venezuela and it is what one is looking for, the prices are super affordable and the dishes are well served. The place is clean and pretty, very typical of our Chinese restaurants in Venezuela. I really like the fact that the owners sometimes come out and say hello to the table, making sure everything is okay. Unfortunately there is a waitress, who seems not to have understood what customer service means, it is not about being "confident" to be friendly, customer service means giving the hours since the customer arrives with a friendly face and that one feels welcome on the spot. But we did not receive this from her, this was our second time, maybe the first time you could think that she had a bad day, and you can understand it, but already a second time? So she definitely has a bad day every day and she should work somewhere where she doesn't deal with customers. Hopefully they can correct this, since people like her can scare away customers who are not used to...

Hobby lobby is a craft store, but they seem to mostly sell decor and Christian gifts. It is a pretty fun store to browse in, but Not a great place to bring little kids, as they have lots of easy to reach breakable merchandise.

Much of the store is organized in such a way as to help you decorate rooms by theme, which is cool if your decorating desires line up with what they have. Their fall decor is lovely. Heads up, they don't do Halloween.

Their craft supplies are mostly similar to what you would find at Walmart, but with more volume and variety and more expensive. There are definitely some things you can't buy at Walmart, like really uncommon craft supplies, if you're looking for the best price, check Walmart first. They have a great selection of fairly inexpensive blank tee-shirts in just about every color and generic style as well as other clothing items. Their fabric section is smaller but different than...

This location is full of Karen managers! The managers give attitude and have no customer service. I have had cashiers that apologized for their supervisors. If a price is not marked, you will stand around for 20 minutes while you wait for them to ask 10 people to look it up with no consideration of time. Honestly, it got to the point of "I don't care, I will pay more than what the marked priced would have been to just let me get out of the store", but no...those Karen managers need to live by the letter of the law not caring about the bigger picture of customer service or the customer experience. I have watched those managers speak very unprofessional and disrespectfully to their employees as well. Seriously, if you have a short haircut, a snotty attitude and a knack for always thinking your right then you should apply here. You would make the management track in no time! Well done...
