Not sure what's going on at this location specifically, but it's incredibly bad. Service is terrible, I came here once before when they had first opened and waited at the register for 10 minutes without ever being asked what I wanted to order. I left. After a few months, I'm back in the area and thought, "should be better now that they have been open for a bit." Nope, at least I was acknowledged when I stepped up to the counter, but it still took more than five minutes before I was helped.
The food itself took far longer to get to me. I literally started writing this review because it's been 15 minutes and I still don't have my food. I don't understand how this happens when at a different location, I can order 3 times the size of an order in the drive through and get it basically as soon as I get to the window.
Other issues: There was no ice in the soda machine and the soda itself was lukewarm. It smelt like something had been severely burnt or like they haven't changed out their oil in quite some time, there was this burnt oily odor throughout the lobby. The employee who took my order and got all the food had very long hair that was not in any kind of hair net, just free flowing. That's kind of gross.
As I am writing this review another customer who had finished ordering and was already sitting down before I even entered the location got up and started to ask where there food was. I was shocked, they had been there so long that I assumed they had already ate and were just chilling after their meal. No, they had just been waiting that long. Honestly, I'm about ready to ask for a refund at this point. I got here at 9pm, it is no 9:40pm. And I still don't have my food. Oh, look, another customer just got up to complain about their wait.
Absurd. Even if this is the best food I've ever had (which I can't tell, because I don't have it yet, but I doubt it), the wait is absolutely not worth it.
I'm just going to keep writing because at this point I have nothing else to do while waiting. I have movie time that I was supposed to go to, now I'm going to be late to it. I originally thought about going to a sit down diner before coming here but thought, "nah, fastfood like Popeyes should be faster." Nah, I would have already gotten my food, eaten, paid, and left while I am still waiting for my food here.
And that's that, I'm out. I'm not waiting any longer, a drive through customer just came in saying they got a completely incorrect order.

As a top tier Door Dasher, I take my work very seriously, as one would hope the food preparers at Popeyes would do as well. However, that is not the case for this location. My livelihood depends on the quality of care and effort put into the orders placed and the efficiency in which they are prepared. It is unacceptable to walk into an empty establishment and still be waiting over 10 minutes for an order that was placed for a Door Dash customer. This is a huge problem, as the only person this impacts is me and my ability to get paid for these on-time deliveries. After delivering my order to the customer, who was incredibly disappointed to not have received a side order of their sauce, I went back to Popeyes to address the issue of the late order with the manager. The manager was a young woman who also was the one who prepared the same order earlier. She was on her phone during that time and when I addressed my concerns with her, I was met with a simple “Thank you for letting me know” and she walked away. Read moreI was told at the drive through that they were out of fries, and they only had large cups. After being told we could substitute the fries for Mac and cheese, my wife and I got Mac and cheese. We were charged extra for both the Mac and cheese and the large drinks, both of which we had to get because we had no other options due to THEIR shortages, and after bringing it up we were told politely that we had to pay for those prices because of THEIR supply shortages. And this happened to many other people that night. I understand the $2 isn’t a big deal but this, along with their previously broken soda machine that dispensed warm flat soda with no ice option, is very disappointing for a new location(we couldn’t get out of paying for soda on this occasion, even though it was so warm and flat that we couldn’t drink anything but water). This place has been open for less than a year! Management here is terrible. Problems here are fixable, but its apparent that its management that is failing this location and their customers.
