I've gotten the raptor taco twice now, and to be clear I do love the flavors they have going on with their meats and I love the mozzarella they slap on there. I also love their hot sauce that you can put all over your taco and the cilantro onions. I also had street taco as well. The first time I got a taco was from their food truck the second time was from there physical location. I was happy with the taco the first time, especially compared to the pricing of the other food trucks. However with the in-person location my online order was not ready on time, but they made an excellent recovery and made me a taco in a matter of 90 seconds. I am happy they made my order quickly, but I think I realize once I got home that there was some suffering in quality because of how quickly it was prepared. It didn't have as much mozzarella as the last one, though it was still good. The biggest thing though was that I had ordered a corn tortilla taco because I really wanted corn tortillas today and I got a flour tortilla instead. It was hard enough justifying going and spending $10 on a taco instead of spending $10 and getting a massive salad at Cafe Rio or somewhere else, so it was just disappointing. I do recommend ordering off of their website though, because at least they have a spinning thing that gives you a random discount.

I heard some people rave about this place so we were excited to try it. I got the Al Pastor street tacos and my partner got combo #1. The tacos were super sad. The tacos shells were cold, the meat was sweet and tasted like it was seasoned with taco seasoning. The "hot" sauce was very mild. I asked if they had just plain chopped cilantro and was told it was only available mixed in with the chopped onion. How does one eat a street taco without a pile of cilantro and some habanero pickled onions?! My partner got the burrito with the anaheim pepper and carne asada. That was better bit still not great. The flavors didn't taste authentic, but more catered to Americans. The service wasn't the friendliest, but it was fast. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we'll be back. Hard to beat the taco truck in Payson and their VIP tacos.

I had never been to Jurassic tacos before, so this was my first experience with them. I ordered a burrito that after tax was $15. That's quite pricey for a burrito, but it said it had 1/2 lb of meat in it, so I decided to go for it. The burrito was delicious. Who knew that actually filling a burrito with carne asada would taste good.🙂. Probably not a good idea to order on the go. It was messy, in fact it was a 7 napkin burrito. I really did enjoy it quite a lot, however my reason for sticking with a 4 star review is that it would be 5 stars at $10. At $15, the value goes down. Worth eating... yeah. Worth frequenting....meh. lower your prices and I'm a once a month customer. As is, a twice a year customer.

I recently visited Jurassic Tacos, and I was blown away by the food, atmosphere, and service. The restaurant has a fun and unique theme, with dinosaur decorations and murals that transport you to another world. The music and lighting were also spot on, creating a lively and inviting ambiance.

The menu at Jurassic Tacos is diverse and offers a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes and signature items such as their famous "Jurassic" Tacos which are stuffed with a variety of grilled meats and topped with a variety of fresh ingredients. I tried their signature "Jurassic Asada" taco and it was delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection and the flavors were out of this world.

The service was also outstanding, our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and checked on us throughout the meal to ensure that we were satisfied.

The prices at Jurassic Tacos are also very reasonable, making it a great option for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of margaritas and other beverages that are made with fresh ingredients and premium tequila.

Overall, Jurassic Tacos is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and authentic Mexican dining...

Going down hill.

We’ve dined here a few times since they opened in Spanish Fork. The first few times everything was really good. But the last time we went it seemed like at least 30-40% of the steak chunks were mostly fat. I ordered the Jurassic and I had to pick out so many pieces out of my mouth that were mostly hard fat and gristle.

I don’t know why you guys can’t take more care and pay more attention to cut the fat out of the meat? Do you just not care anymore? It is disgusting and absolutely ruins the experience to bite into a hard piece of fat or gristle.

The other thing I can’t stand is how so many restaurants including this one “turn the iPad around hoping you will leave them a tip when all you have experience so far is giving them your credit card“.

I really long for the day when restaurants move away from asking for tips when all they have done is taking your order. Tip should be earned not asked for at the very beginning of...
