If there was a no star button I would’ve chose that option.. we didn’t get what we asked for or paid for… she takes communicates with the WRONG people and not the one who’s paying! $750 deposit and returns $100 because they don’t have enough to give back and makes excuses to cover up! Her table cloths were wrinkled and ripped but I still said it was ok to just use it and the chair covers mind you WE set up the tables and put all the covers for her because I know it was a lot for her so we helped out… and she charges for the damages that was already there… she said carpet cleaning but the carpet was dirty to begin with!!! Horrible horrible it’s a good space but what she does to you with your money is the problem! We asked for a certain decoration and I sent pics and she said great she got that told her many times I want that I want the plates and comes that day we don’t get what we asked for.. this lady used the same balloon decorations from her party before us to use for my wedding!! And she only gave us $100 she’s ungrateful for the help my family did and I reached out and reached out … my Dj couldn't connect to the internet because she lied about the password for her Wi-Fi and she responded too late!!! I have all the proof that Yolanda just gets the money and says it will be done but when the day comes she’s no where to be found …. She hides because when we show up to the party she knows will be busy with our guest and not spending it trying to get ahold of her… paid for a security to be there the whole stay got NO ONE!! Everything we paid for was not given and the. Charges us for marks on a table cloth ? Make it make sense!!! Horrible experience!!! She sends an email that she will never let me go through her company GREAT!! Cause I would never choose this venue ever again… we cleaned after ourselves put tables away for her and made it easy for her and this is the amount of respect we get… she don’t communicate she refuses to do so when I asked her about why was my center piece and whole different thing … and why was the plates not Put on the tables! She says everyone talked to her but the word shouldve been been from me the one who paid and that’s it …. She took my money but I’m not worried about it because we’re taking her to court so that she does not do this to...

This was, hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had! If I could give 0 stars I would! had an awful experience with Yolanda and would NEVER recommend her services. I ordered a balloon arch for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and not only did she show up over an hour after the scheduled delivery time, but she also called me after she was already late to say that she had lost the butterfly balloons — the ones she had specifically instructed me to purchase separately from Amazon.

She told me they would no longer be included in the arch and offered no refund for the balloons she lost. Instead, she said she’d send me new butterfly balloons from Amazon — completely pointless since the party was already over.

When I asked for a refund (a very reasonable request), she refused and eventually told me to stop contacting her. Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing, especially for something as important as a child’s birthday. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else who values their customers and takes responsibility for their mistakes. Also the balloons arrived covered in hair and dirt, and Yolanda just tossed them into my house without giving me any instructions on how to hang or assemble the arch. This was genuinely one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with — unprofessional, careless, and completely lacking in basic...
