TA Truck Service — Local services in Sparks

Went here fueld up took shower had dinner then was woke up to knock on truck was told i was in a reserved spot and would have to move. All other spots were taken at this time. I explained to him it wasnt marked. His response was yes they need repainted. There was no preexisting paint at all. I told him i have no hours to move my truck. He said if i didnt move he would call the cops i said ok call. He did they came threaten to put me in jail for obstruction and this guy who says he is the manager said he will tow my company truck. I could see some of this if the spot was clearly marked but it wasnt. Thankyou ta for taking driver safety into consideration and my dot violation. Forget about the federal law of 10 hour uniterrupted dot rest break. Spend the ten dollars on the paint and mark your spaces correctly. However i will not go to ta ever again and i will advise my other co drivers not to as well thats alot of trucks. As i was leaving he was knocking on trucks once more to wake up...

Well I went to this place this morning for an airleak on the trailer. Since it was real early I had to wait like maybe 1,5 2 hours for the repairguy to get back from on the road, I get that. When he arrives and has a quick look under the trailer he says he'll be right back and goes back into the shop. I'm assuming he's going to find parts, fill out a sheet, whatever... After like 45min! I see him still bumming round the garage doing nothing so I ask him what the deal is. "well I have no experience with discbrakes and the guy who has doesn't arrive before 8..." I mean...what? So I get out of there go to another repairshop close-by. They helped me immediately and I told the mechanic what the ta-guy told me bout the brakes. "what? Is he retarded? It's just two bolts..." So no more TA for me, rather have people who know what...

Don’t come to this repair shop! I had nailed tire and I asked if they have same size tire. They were slow and most of them come to my car and see what happened to my tire. After long wait they said that size of tire all sold, we can’t help you but you have to pay us $62 for labor. I got mad. Even they didn’t touch to my tire, non of them touched any gears or tools. I asked why??? Do they want to charge $62 only to see my tire? Is this real labor? But I paid them. I respect if it is their policy but still remember that couple of lady employees were screaming at me, laughing… In fact, any police officers nicer than them. TA should hire good moral humans. Shame on your service! Again, never...
