Sierra Sid's Casino — Attraction in Sparks

I've been visiting this casino since 1995. I've seen go thrugh some changes. They did a crappy job in the design when they remoldeled recently. The choice of colors and wall covering is so out date and ugly. The gun collection has been dwindleing over the years too. They use to have some really valuable gun collections. Who ever runs this place has no taste. I recently played the New QuickHit games. I like finding clusters of 4 or 5 of these in casinos, because of the way I like to play them. I usually play one till it pays any amount, then move around to the left till I played every machine till it paid something, anything. When the first machine paid I went to cash out to move to the next one. The machine said "Hand Payout, Call Attendant". I couldn't find one, so went to the office. I walked back to my QuickHit machine and waited about 15 min. I figured the machine ran out of paper. Not wanting this wait time to cut into my time here, I started playing the next machine. When it paid and I went to cash out, this machine said the same thing, Hand Payout. Thinking this was unusual, because they normally always print a ticket, I went on to the next machine in line. After getting all the machines waiting for payout, I was approached by three staff members. They accused me of playing, "some kind of sick game", and they didn't have the time time to, "deal with my penny anny winnings". So, I asked why the QuickHits were not printing tickets. They gave some stupid excuse about how they needed parts or something. I said, "Their new machines, why do they need parts?" Well this went on and on for a while till I realized these machines weren't ready for regular service yet, and they shouldn't even be on. These machines and the staff cost me a wasted hour of my life...

The staff at Sierra seeds play customers against each other and staff against staff I recently was 86 for no reason other than somebody asking me to earn points on their card for them which is very common amongst everybody in the Sierra's casino not only did they 86 me with no warning other than why are you playing with somebody else's car and your machine and I said I didn't know it was against the rules but since it is I in 20 minutes later they came and told me that I'm 86 from the property and I cannot come back no more I believe that this specifically is where has been done to me because somebody has a personal vendetta against me and don't want me there otherwise I would have just been given a warning like everybody else instead they take it to the most extreme measure and permanently kick me out I spend a lot of money in the casino and there's no reason I should be treated that way I was getting 75.00 a week and free play I feel like you guys took that away from me and kicked me out for no reason other than a personal staff member and their discriminating on people because she don't get what she wants when she wants it I hope that you can reconsider this 86 and allow me to come back and speak to you about other issues that really need to...

When in casino had face covering on was in there many hours saw several people either with no face covering or tucked under there chin. The attend asked if I would like something to drink I said yes gave my order came back with the drink. Sat there for about ten more minutes he came back and ask if I needed a mask I said no face was covered he then said I need a mask I said as long as I'm covered I'm good. He said I still need one mine you three people close near me had there mask under there chin and to others were not covered. I was asked to leave even after I appointed the others out to him.
