Over the past year, Bob guided us with wisdom, patience, and a little bit of wink-wink humor, making the entire process so much easier than we ever expected.

Bob wasn’t just our caterer—he and his staff became like in-house wedding planners. Every detail, big or small, was handled with care and precision. Whenever we faced a challenge, Bob always had a solution, giving us peace of mind every step of the way. We never had to worry because we knew that if anything went wrong, Bob and his team would be there to fix it before we even had to ask. That kind of dedication is rare, and we are beyond grateful.

I didn't want it to come to this, but Bob (the owner) hasn't responded to our several text/calls to discuss some of the issues that came up on our wedding day. First, I would like to start by saying that my husband and I got married in August and we loved the venue. We loved the space & it was the perfect size for our friends and family. When we booked this venue, we paid for the staff to set up & take down (chairs, tables, silverware, flatware, china). However, when I arrived the morning of to get ready I was informed that the staff and the event specialist Morgan, were not made aware of my wedding that day. This lead to more issues. Bags of dirty linen were in the bridal suite where I was getting ready in and lot of clutter in the groom suite. While I was getting ready I was told that there were still no staff setting up. I then called Bob and asked when they would start setting up and he rudely replied in a very passive aggressive tone with "we should have got this situated yesterday, I'm in the middle of something right now but we'll be there shortly." That was something that we were not made aware of in the first place. After the staff finally arrived to set up, they were extremely rude to my mom (MOB) and entire family. When they set the tables up, they put dirty plates & cups out. This lead to my sister having to go behind them and wipe them all down, along with my mother in law steaming the dirty linens for the tables. After researching every venue in the Greenville/Spartanburg area, we decided to have our fall 2021 wedding here. The space is beautiful and there are so many ways to utilize the different rooms. Holly was easy to work with and answered all of my questions- even allowing my photographers and I to come and take my bridal photos. I received so many compliments from our guests on every aspect- from the space, to the food, and even the staff, who were amazing! My go-to drink was not something they usually kept at the bar, but they made sure to have it available for me. The catering manager was so sweet and did everything to make sure our food/bar ran smoothly. The chef hooked up his personal computer to allow our football-loving guests to watch the game. At first I thought the price for catering was a little expensive for what you got, but it was delicious and presented so nicely that it was worth every penny. The only downfalls of this venue was that it wasn't overly accessible for our older/handicapped guests (there's a small walk from the parking lot to the entrance), and the screens that are mounted on the wall in the main room (these needed to be covered and were an...
