Once again, I've found yet another one of the many places in Spartanburg that does not have separate cooking areas, such as prep areas, fryers, nor grills,...for customers like myself with seafood allergies. YES!, THIS MEANS THAT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE GRILL, ONE FRYER AND LIMITED COUNTER SPACE IN THE KITCHEN--- IN WHICH MEANS THAT ALL OF THESE AREAS ARE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH SEAFOOD. SAD SAD BUSINESS. I was out with a friend and actually felt guilty because I could not eat any tacos (at this taco restaurant)👀😤. So I had to find something to eat from the blah blah blah aspect of the menu, which was pre cooked shredded chicken. I asked for this to be placed on a salad and guess what you guys, my salad lacked lettuce. Lettuce was a garnishment on the plate. Instead, the "salad" was pulled high with diced tomatoes, Pico de Gallo, sliced tomatoes and oh yeah, more pico de gallo! And oh, did I mention that I asked for no tomatoes to be put on my salad???.... So needless to say, I will never revisit this establishment ever again - which is a shame because my friend loved it. You know, it's mind-blowing that in the year of 2025, with all of the new - low cost, low impact - technologies that are available to be installed or simply just plugged up in kitchens nowadays, that places like these...
Read moreI Do not recommend. We walk around draton mills most nights. This new place just opened we have been wanting to try it seance we first started seeing the coming soon signs. Well we finally got to try it and it was awful. First I walked in and asked for a menu because we had our pup with us and the little fella told me I could find it on line I didn’t like he’s attitude but no big deal right. So I go meet up with the rest of the family and we look on line at the menu. I went with the burrito and my wife and son went with the Mexican bowl. So I go order and I told her I wanted two Mexican bowls one chicken and one carnitas. So she asked if I wanted all kinds of stuff but the only thing I understood was cilantro. And I said no nothing just a regular Mexican bowls and a burrito with everything. We get or order go home and they put everything on the bowls and nothing on the burrito. So I went back to make it right they wouldn’t they argued me down saying I said no cilantro but everything else we went back and fourth for a few minutes until I realized it was going nowhere. I felt robbed. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend you going either mezcal’s only a few minutes away and the service is...
Read moreThis place should instead be called, "Tacos & Good Good Good?" A friend suggested we have lunch here, and the name while featuring tacos, obviously, does not give away the other excellent menu offerings of this dining establishment. For this first visit we took the simple approach and order 3 tacos each. The tacos were fresh and delicious. They provide multiple options for condiments on the tacos and also multiple options for the tortilla. Highly recommend the handmade corn tortilla. You can taste the freshness and complements the well-constructed taco. Drink options are numerous: bottle options of various types, a soda fountain, and most interestingly, 3 freshly made drinks that are patently Mexican favorites: lemonade, a drink made from the hibiscus plant, and another worker's favorite (I regret that I cannot recall the Spanish name for it.) This is hands down an establishment that offers authentic Mexican dining from the tacos, to the multiple drink and sauce offerings. We will...
