Bargain Furniture Inc — Attraction in Spring

Updated Review: The twin bed we ordered was delivered. I immediately could tell that the mattress was not the mattress that I had picked out at the store. I called and told them at the store. They argued with me that it was indeed the same mattress that I picked out at the store. I continued to insist that it was NOT the same mattress. They continued to argue that it was the same one that it was because of the box spring that it was making noise. I knew I was wasting my breath, so I hung up. I purchased the bed because my in laws were coming into town for a visit, and we're it not for the fact that they were due to arrive a few hrs after the delivery of the bed, I would have loaded the mattress up and went and thrown it into the store, but I did not have time and needed the extra bed THAT night. We are two nights in, now and the person that is sleeping on that mattress has told me that the bed feels extremely cheap and they can hear the bed springs and that they were scared that they were going to have a spring pop and stab them in the back or the side. He says that he sinks into the middle and can hardly move around. This is ridiculous! I went to Bargain Furniture because the last bed I got from them was AMAZING. It has been 10 yrs and it is still one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on AND back then I got the mattress AND the bed frame for less than half the price of what I paid for this new one. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed and will never shop at this establishment, again. I would think they would treat their repeat customers better than this, but I guess customers don't matter anymore, just profits. I left my original review, so everyone can see how deceptive the initial encounter is compared to the end result of services. I cannot believe I paid this much and am stuck with such a trash mattress. I am beyond disappointed not just with the store and the deception, but in myself for allowing myself to get duped for being trusting of the people who were once trustworthy business people. NEVER AGAIN!

Just purchased a twin bed from Carlos. He was extremely helpful and personable. Great business. We actually bought another twin bed from them 10 yrs ago at their previous location. Great service back then, and still great service! Repeat customers...

This is the worst place do not get furniture cheap quality customer service I thought was good but completely terrible I had to reschedule a delivery day I spoke to the warehouse manager himself and he said that the following day at 4:00 p.m. would be OK when I call to let them know that I will be a little bit late they told me they pushed me back all the way till Tuesday and that other people are in line. That I am not a priority I'm going to get a refund my bed broke their quality of furniture is ridiculous you will do better buying it from the Family Dollar store they last longer. It is false advertisement they sell 6 pieces of furniture and then when you ask for one piece to replace they tell you that the head board and foot board is 1 item that they cannot break it up but they advertise 6 pieces and charge you for 6 individual pieces. My Furniture Is less than 8 months old and it is broken dented scratched and destroyed and we are not rough on furniture the manager himself said it would press to gather that's the quality of furniture they sell at bargain furniture I get what...

I was looking for a specific buffet and hutch to match my dining table. I found a few locations online. Bargain Furniture, Inc.'s price caught my eye, but they were 250 miles away. I called and spoke with Mr. Marcel who was willing to work with me to have a freight carrier pick up the furniture and deliver to me. I dealt mostly with Mr. Marcel but working through the details with my freight carrier and Bargain Furniture I spoke with several people at Bargain Furniture. They were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Mr. Marcel went beyond expectations to work with my freight carrier and get this product to me. I received the buffet and hutch in pristine condition! I am truly amazed by such service. The price I paid, including the freight carrier, was actually LESS than any competitor's price I found. I would whole heartedly recommend Bargain Furniture, Inc. to anyone looking for a quality product at a very good price and above all really nice and honest folks to work with! I'll definitely give them a call when I'm in the market for home furnishings...
