I purchased a faja and a shaper for my wife. ($200+)The lady measured her at the front desk because you aren’t able to try them on in the store. Both ended up being to small. Tried to exchange just the shaper and was told they couldn’t do it. They were very rude about the whole thing laughing about it and even though they sold me the wrong size they couldn’t accommodate me with an exchange. I will never shop here again!! I wish i could give no stars, don’t believe these reviews these people keep their doors locked for a reason you have to use a doorbell and wait to be let in. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! you can’t try it on, get a refund or exchange, STRAIGHT RIP OFF

PS: IT WAS 2 1/2 months before we came back because we’re travel nurses and we went on a 2 month assignment right after we purchased your product that don’t take away from you guys doing bad business, you can see it was never worn because i couldn’t even get it to go...

Purchased a shapewear yesterday for a wedding I had the same week. The lady there measured me called the owner to confirm she was giving me the right size. Went home removed the tags trusting the lady gave me the right size. I attempted to try it on, it didn’t go up my legs. Went today to see if they would exchange it. Hoping the would loyal since I purchased 2 shape-wears from them already and they are not cheap! But they would bc the owner wasn’t there to see the condition of the one I purchased, which you can clearly see it wasn’t even worn. I mean who leaves their store with someone that cannot help or do more if the owner is not there. Never again am I buying from them. Don’t come here after giving birth. I went in to buy a faja i told them I was still bleeding and they looked at me as if I was an alien. Then they were like you can’t try it on because you are bleeding. Then I said no thank you I’ll leave then they were like okay you can try on only if you’re buying I said okay they size me way too big like they didn’t even care. I’m 200 pounds I should have not been given a 2x. I know my size. I then afterwards went to a different place and they gave a way smaller size that fits perfectly. Hope your business goes out of business for the way you treat women after giving birth. Seriously made me feel self conscious...
