If I could give zero stars I would! A MONTH AGO I decided to call in my order and I also paid over the phone as the rep insisted. Leann informed me in order for her to take my order via phone, I would have to make payment via phone as well. I instantly provided my card info and 50.80 was draft. I didn’t mind because it was convenient for me. When I arrived my food was already sitting out NOT COVERED and it was mid-way cold. I did not bring that to Leann’s attention as I continued to be grateful for my meal. I decided to order myself 2 beverages which would require Ms. Leann to draft my card again. After finishing my meal Ms. Leann drafted my card an amount of 58.00. I informed her she had already drafted my card before I arrived via phone and now I have a total of about $108 drafted from my card in less than 30mins from one meal. Ms. Leann was positive that the amount would be refunded to me the next day but here I am a month later. I have been calling to speak with a manager in regards to my refund status and Ms. Leann has been very nonchalant. The manager has been out for a week but my refund should have been processed a month ago!! This a nightmare and I will never return here again! All of my friends, family, and thousands of social media friends will hear about the horrible service that was rendered to a long time customer ! I have been dining in since I was 18yr I am 25yr now and unfortunately it’s not the business or the food it’s the EMPLOYEE(S) that will run a good business in the ground.

Manager Serina contacted me via phone and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my whole entire 25yrs of living on this earth. Managers are suppose to be the common denominator between a customer and a problem. Instead, Serina made this issue worse with yelling and disrespectful slurs! She blamed my refund process on her boss “JD” and referred me to Facebook to get justice within my refund process. This is a joke and I will email #Fox26News and I will make sure you all don’t get away with this “ILLEGAL” behavior. To make a long story short I was told by Serina “I don’t know where the information you gave me” so you mean to tell me between now and last week you STILL ARE PROCRASTINATING with processing my payment? Serina then disconnects the call after I informed her of my google review and currently @1:33pm they have now took the phone off the hook because now the phone line is “busy” and I can no longer contact them. Read moreI love the venue primarily because it has offered me several opportunities to see up-close-and-personal performances by some relatively big-name artists. The sound is usually good, and they are good about changing the table layout accordingly to accomodate whatever kind of show it'll be; ie, at a metal concert the tables are moved to the back to leave more floor space for people who wanna get into it etc.
The only major gripe I have with the place is a relative lack of communication. Beyond posting flyers and making event pages, they have little social media presence, and my emails to the venue are rarely answered. In addition, the staff, while perfectly friendly, is usually not kept informed about the shows.
These things have become an issue for me on more than one occasion when I needed to find out if previously announced shows had been cancelled. They didn't announce the cancellations on FaceBook, didn't answer my posts/emails about it, and when I'd call to ask the staff they always told me they don't know. The only reason I was able to find out anything the last time this happened was because I got one of the owners' names from an acquaintance and had to call and ask her herself.
The only other downsides are more of just small gripes. While this venue does host its fair share of original music and several national acts, it seems like the vast majority of the acts are tribute bands or cover bands. I like a good tribute band every now and then, but for a great venue like this with the great potential it has it's just surprising that this seems to be the majority of what they host here.
My last little nitpick is simply that, for a place that already charges a cover charge (upwards of $30 for bigger name acts), the drinks are still pretty pricey, but I'm not much of a drinker anyway.
Overall, a great music venue that hosts some good acts, but could stand to work on their communication, to even the scale a bit between tribute bands and original artists, and to maybe not charge $7...
Read moreWe got a coupon on groupon the groupon was pay $12 for $30 worth of food!!! This was our first time visiting. We went in the had great customer service. We ordered our food 4lb crawfish for $19.99 and fish basket for my baby and shrimp basket for my husband. The craefish was VERY VERY greasy and NOT seasoned at all. Plus they was still raw. They did give us some cajun season that was salty on the side. The kids meal fish was wet wet needed to be fried LONGER... My husband food was the best fried shrimp basket. The cole slaw is a no no it was nasty soggy.... Then when we got ready to pay she said we couldnt use our groupon with crawfish no where on the groupon it says that...( she clearly see 90% of the crawfish on the table still) so I ask her to refund me for all the crawfish and showed her the raw crawfish. She was very nice and seen what i was talking about. But I will never go back. Now im sitting at LA...
