Molly Maguires — Restaurant in Texas

We went here on a recommendation for a place that offered steel tip darts. We got there around 8:30 on a Saturday night and there was only 1 other customer there. The dart boards were great, but the air didn't seem to be on and we were hot and miserable in no time. The AC kicked on once so we decided to stay, ordered a second drink, and the air cut off again soon after. Even though there was no crowd, the bartender does not work the floor so you need to go to the bar for each order. They have a ton of TVs with a variety of sports playing, but the volume was cranked up on the TV playing the drama (complete with commercials) the bartender was watching. The place itself is nice and good, but I think they need to change their bartenders to hire younger people and people who actually have been outside of Texas at least once( very important) because this is the first time in 20 years I have been refused my MN state ID at a bar because it doesn't look like a Texas ID. OMG that one old lady there took my ID and after a good 15min of looking she came and said she couldn't accept it because it's not a Texas ID. Sound like MN is not a state in the USA. Molly's has always been what it is and nothing more and nothing less. It's where you go hang out and have some drinks, play some darts or ping pong. Not really any windows so doesn't matter what time you're there it feels like night time. I give 5 stars bc of the memories I have of that place. It's like a time capsule bc the same people that I saw there 15 years ago are still there. The only thing that's changed for back then is the bartenders.
