Sugar Pine Apartments — Attraction in Spring

IM NOT A RESIDENT , but after what I seen today I wouldn’t recommend no one to ever move here . These people turned my sister lights off in her apartment as she was packing to move then lied to her about coming to check what was going on . ( THEY NEVER CAME AND I WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 4-5hrs ) we seen the office lady Diane and the maintenance guy walking she stop them to ask about it they Lied and said they checked and something must have been wrong with the main breaker and she would have to call center point ( THEY DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT A POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM in they unit ) .Center point came out and stated that SOMEONE HAD TURNED THE OUTSIDE BREAKER OFF . When confronted about them turning the lights off Diane stormed off like a 2 yr old having a fit and slammed the ( Room door ) they office is in a 2 bed room apartment ( RED FLAG ) 🚩 . Diane Proceeded to call the laws which who informed them that it was ( UNLAWFUL FOR THEM TO TURN SOMEONE ELECTRICITY OFF . Another resident seen what was going on and said it has happen to they family before as well in these apartments for a late payment . ( THEY SEEM TO BE NOTORIOUS FOR CUTTING TENTS LIGHTS OFF ) .. NICE COMPLEX BUT PLAYING WITH PEOPLE...

Horrible horrible management! Just to sum things up. We were approved to move here in February. They never sent me the lease until last minute after I said something to them. THEN they changed the move in date twice ! Gloria stated that she will refund me my application fee since I was no longer interested due to the inconvenience. She told me to wait 2-3 weeks. I called a little after the 3 weeks mark to see why I haven’t got the refund . She told me to wait another week and if I still didn’t have it , call back. STILL NO REFUND!! Been calling, no answer of course , and the main line just keeps hanging up. A message was then sent through the website and they said no refund??? This is ridiculous! Definitely dodged a bullet not living here . It looks nice but the management is horrible & are liars. I will be taking...

We recently moved here and we felt right at home. I loved the way Jessica and Diana treated us. Anything I need, they always try to resolve it as quickly as possible. UPS by accidentally left my package in another apartment. I called the office to see if anyone had returned it. Diana was very kind and told me she didn't have it but would get it, and she did. Diana didn't even take 15 minutes to call me back and said she had found it. It's a safe place, and when I say I feel at home, it's because it reminds me of my childhood when I used to play outside with my friends and not have to worry about anything happening. I have kids, and I can already imagine them making new friends and enjoying their new home. Thank you Sugar Pine apartment and to all this beautiful lady, because I couldn't find a better place than this....
