Walgreens — Local services in Spring

The pharmacy and its staff are horrible!!! Called to see if they carried a specific medication and was told they could not give me that kind of information over the phone so I asked “am I supposed to walk into every pharmacy in the area until I find one that has it in stock?” To which she replied “yeah”! I had already called several pharmacies in the area but they didn’t have the medication in stock and would have to order it, but that it would arrive after one week. So finally the pharmacist came to the phone and was able to tell me that they did indeed have it in stock. Once I get there I tell them that I had a number to give them from workers comp, to which she replies “well the prescription is supposed to say it’s for workers comp” by this time I had no other choice so I just chose to fill the prescription! What am I supposed to do take the prescription and tell the doctor “they wouldn’t take the prescription at the pharmacy because you forgot to put workers comp on it” like seriously? I don’t understand why they have to make it so extremely difficult for their customers to get medications that have been PRESCRIBED to them filled! I was going to put the name of the employee that answered the phone and attended me once I arrived but nah, hopefully I never ever ever have to go to this...

REVIEW 4 PHARMACY

this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. They are SO ridiculously unprofessional. If the phone is ringing and they’re busy they’ll pick it up and hang it back up. I’ve been in line in the store before and watched them do it to someone else, so I knew that’s what they were doing to me all the previous times I’ve called and been hung up on. Tabatha is so rude and mean and her attitude is absolutely disgusting. Why have a job in Health CARE if you don’t care about people or their health? Tabatha specifically tried to deny me my prescriptions and even my doctors had to call and demand them to release my asthma inhaler that She specifically was withholding from me. An asthma inhaler, is not a narcotic, so your pharmacist cannot withhold it. She told me she would deny every refill I sent in and actually did. I submitted the same refill request 5 times before I finally had to have my doctor call and demand them to give me my medicine. I’ve officially transferred all of my prescriptions to another location and will not be coming to this Walgreens pharmacy for any reason. I highly suggest all others...

I went to pick up a prescription that my doctor had called in for me, as I approached a woman behind the counter I was told I was in the wrong side of the counter,if I had a question or I needed to pick up something I had to go to the other side of the counter (left side) I thought this was very stupid since no one else was waiting or anything so I was tired and feeling bad after being released from the hospital from giving birth, so I brushed it off and walked to the other side. There the woman ask me again in a rude manner how she could help me, I told I was there for my prescription and I was asked for my insurance information, I handed out my insurance card but she just ignored me so I just left it on the counter and as I was doing that she wanted me to pick it up again and handed it to her. I said I wasn't going to do it, and she had the nerve to ask someone else to tend to me since she wasn't going to be dealing with me being rude.
