We had an absolutely fantastic time at this mini golf and ice cream spot—it’s the perfect place for families, date nights, or just a fun outing with friends. The course was colorful, well-maintained, and full of creative holes that kept things exciting from start to finish. But the real highlight? The incredible staff. Maryln and Evelyn made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everyone was having a great time. Maryln helped us get set up with our clubs and gave some great tips for first-timers, and Evelyn was behind the counter serving up ice cream like a pro—she even offered to let us try a couple flavors before we picked (the salted caramel and birthday cake were winners!). It’s rare to see employees who are not just friendly, but who go above and beyond to create a great experience. You can tell they love what they do, and it totally shows. We left smiling, with full bellies and a bunch of fun memories. Highly recommend this place—and if you get the chance to meet Maryln and Evelyn, you’re in for a treat in more ways than one!

This hotel/resort boasts fairly inexpensive prices and very nice facilities. The resort includes a spa, driving range, golf course, resteraunt, pub, mini golf, and more! The hotel is across the street from a liquor store and an easy drive to Walmart, CVS, fast food, etc. The room was very clean and a couple features not listed are 2 vegetable soaps, fluffy pillows, rotating wall-mounted TV and ample storage for long stays. The cleaning staff was both friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was marginally less so. Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay and would definitely return. A few things to try out while here are the Turkey Hill Experience, Hershey Park, and an Amish buggy tour.

Mediocre. We thought this would be a nice place and maybe the higher floors are nicer but it's kind of dated. We were stuck on the first floor next to a door that opens to a stairwell and the outside. The outside door was propped open all night so no security. You can hear other toilets flushing, other showers squealing and the house keeper knocked at 8:20 am. The bed creaked if you rolled over too quickly. No real welcoming service at check in. When we went to leave and carry our bags out the housekeeping carts were surrounding our door.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Save your money and go anyplace else. INEFFICIENT and UNTRAINED STAFF, old rooms, poor food, lacks safety and HEAR EVERYTHING IN HALLS. Stayed weekend of 2/9-11/18 and it was terrible. We had to endure a youth hockey tournament weekend where the parents and children literally sat outside of their rooms and took over the 4th floor hallway. They let their kids play hockey, scream like maniacs, bang on guest doors and leave their trash all up and down the hall. We complained to the front desk staff and were told by Heather S. that they can’t do anything about it - um yeah you can. I believe they call this situation a “fire hazard” so you can escort them out of your hotel if they don’t comply with your request to remove themselves and their hockey nets, food and other things from the hall. I don’t think they’d want to pay for a night where they can’t actually stay AND have to try another hotel to stay in on top of it. Heather then told us to call the local police but know they don’t consider it a priority. Your the hotel, your supposed to be able to control the situation. Of course, when you have a skeleton staff that are mainly children themselves, and no manager on duty EVER on the weekends, what can you expect. When we called down to complain about the noise in the 4th floor halls again that evening they said they would send security. Their security officer, an older gentleman, was actually sitting in a chair on the quiet 5th floor. I overheard his conversation with the front desk where he said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” He finally went to the 4th floor and told the parents they had up go into their rooms. Some of which listened and some didn’t. On top of all of that, the place is just “old”. Old fixtures, old furniture, old bathrooms, small tv’s with limited channels, the two HBO channels were fuzzy, thermostats don’t regulate room temperature and restaurant food is sub par and way over priced for what you get. They recommend Boggie Macaws which is a pathetic restaurant/arcade. Over 60% of the games we’re out of order, food was bland and overpriced. Snow tubing was ok. Again the staff were young and pretty much did their own thing with no ability to control the kids pushing and shoving to get to the tubes and slopes. This hotel needs a full overhaul and A LOT of staff training on what customer service is and how to provide it. If you decide to stay here, good...

I stayed at Heritage Hills and encountered BED BUGS! The hotel management ignored my complaints. I am crying right now as I type this review because my complaints were not handle well at all and to top that off, I was offered a box of chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine as a compensation. Then I was advised, over and over again that the manager was not available to speak with me. DID YOU NOT HEAR ME?!!! THERE ARE BED BUGS in MY ROOM! Oh yeah, I would be remissed if I didnt mentioned that I was able to move to a new room not knowing and/or not being sure of if I would discover a BED BUG in the second room. Heritage is under the impression that BED BUGS do not travel.

Again, the horrible management staff did not speak to me and I was told that the manager and general manager were not available. Wait, there’s more about my experience between the poor, insulting and insensitive management of Heritage, I was so embarrassed when I left the hotel with my belongings in two trash bags. Listen to me carefully, do not stay in room 209 at the Heritage Hills Resort and Golf Club! I'm itching right now just to think about the horrible experience I had and it makes me very emotional.

Did I mention that I had to strip down in the garage of my clothes prior to entering my home then I emptied my belongings into the washer in hopes that I did not transport a BED BUG from filthy Heritage into my clean BED BUG free home! DO NOT ignore this review, BED BUGS are living at Heritage.

Management is horrible! Front Desk Clerk is the worst - Thu is her name. Do you she provided to me, misleading contact numbers for the general and regional managers - fax numbers instead of the right contact numbers.

Again Heritage + BED BUGS complaints = none refundable room, $10 coupon to the pub, a box of chocolate and a sparkling bottle of wine. Sincerely, Heritage Hills...

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

20 PER PERSON for disc golf. Told me on the phone it was $15 to play or $20 for a cart. Came here and spend $40 eating first then went to play and they switched it up saying it was $20 per person instead of per round. So STEER CLEAR for disc golf. The old mustache guy in the pro shop was also rude. There are much nicer courses such as Pinchot and Woodsboro to play for free. If you have a party of 4 or 5 people they're soaking you for $100+ for a round. That's insane, as you likely know reading this if you're an avid disc golfer. I'm sure they don't have anyone playing here often. Not at those outrageous prices. Also they changed their menu and removed a lot of popular items such as the jalapeno burger and crab avocado salad. Refused to play for these outrageous prices but their disc course does not look worthy of a pay to play anyway. Looks mostly just long and straight. Play Herr Park in Lancaster instead of you want long straight and easy. Likely extremely similar and its also free. No need to deal with ignorant old people in a "pro" shop. Screw this course, the people that run it, and their restaurant. Avoid at all costs because it costs a lot for little technical fun. Easy but long holes we all know are dreary. They are junk here. Rude, apathetic, will NEVER visit again. Will tell everyone else I play with and talk to in and out of the league not to go here!!!

Did I mention that Heritage Hills only has 16 holes... Not even 18. Wow.

Woodsboro in Maryland is by far the best and my favorite around plus free!!!

If I could rate this place zero or less I would.

I would not have even eaten if I knew this before hand.

Go to Pinchot, Woodsboro, Codorus, Herr Park, The Overlook, literally...
