Ownership and management absolutely should know about 2 of their employees Cara and Kim. Kim was very genuine, kind and attentive during my experience. I stopped in to make a purchase and was approached professionally and quickly and given all of the attention a customer should receive when needing information and making a purchase. That was a wonderful moment. Following my purchase I needed some additional help and input. Cara stepped up and I must say did something that as of late is unheard of! She took personal time after work to find and communicate to me what she recommended (which ended up being an absolute home run)! Both ladies presented themselves with such wonderful and expected professionalism that it was an absolute must that I mentioned them for all to see. They have both also been working diligently too assure that my custom order is finished in record time. I know that cannot always happen but it never would have happened if they didn’t personally get involved and literally give me the personal attention I needed. I cannot say thank you enough for how you brought fun and appreciation back into making a purchase. I want to say thank you to both ladies and Cara you truly did work after work to help me and that is something special. You have made me a customer for the long road. My husband had I had the most wonderful experience working with Cara White at Ashkroft and Oak for our wedding rings. From the moment we walked into the store, the customer service was exceptional. Cara took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offering expert advice and a personal touch that made the entire process feel special. She went above and beyond to ensure the rings were not only beautiful but perfectly suited to our tastes and budget. The craftsmanship is stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I have received so many compliments on my rings, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention that went into creating them. Not only did she help pick the perfect wedding bands, she spent so much time helping my husband picking out the perfect engagement ring she even had my ring expedited for resizing when I took it back into her and got it back to me so quick. They will rob you.....

Let me just start by saying that this is by far the worst piece of custom jewelry I have ever received not to mention that their customer service skills were simply non existent.

They will also persuade you to buy as this was not my first option but she assured me that one you see in the picture bellow was the better option.

Finally, when I got my jewelry from them 2 months later, the woman helping me dropped my necklace on top of the counter and proceeded to go about her business instead of handing it to me in the box that it was suppose to come in.

This was suppose to be a gift I can wear for a long while. This does not come close to what they said it would look like. It looks lifeless with no character. In other words cheap.

Also, they need to be reported. They sold me an overpriced piece of jewelry that looks like a costume instead of custom. If anyone knows of a trustworthy jewelry shop in Columbus or anywhere in Ohio state please IM me!!! Thank you...
