Hy-Vee Pharmacy — Attraction in Springfield

The absolute worse pharmacy I have ever used, call to transfer from Walgreens on Sunshine, I wait until the 2nd day to call regarding my prescriptions the first person I get tells me the prescriptions were out of date they had to be sent to Dr. These were brand new prescriptions I finally get to the pharmacist she tells me they called Walgreens the day before and today, but Walgreens wouldn’t return her call. I call Walgreens they said they transferred them yesterday which they did my scripts weren’t on the Walgreens app Walgreens said there was no reason for them to call because they were already transferred reasonable I thought. So I call Hyvee back and by this time on the merry go round I’m getting upset because all the pharmacist can do is tell me that Walgreens wouldn’t call her back I did loose my temper and said hell well by now the pharmacist is lecturing me about my language and hangs up. So where are my prescriptions the thing to solve all this is stop playing games with the prices the cost at HyVee less than $20 the price at Walgreens more than $70 I’m on disability and can’t afford the high prices I am prescribed 7 prescriptions all I can afford is 3 so my blood pressure is uncontrolled and everything else. This is UNREAL do the job you’re hired to do and I guarantee you won’t have to lecture most of the people on their launguage Ms Pham oh and don’t ask for her supervisor...

Transferred a prescription in from CVS and this pharmacy says the other pharmacy didn’t send it when they requested. It’s been a week and they didn’t even contact me to tell me they were having trouble transferring it. The sending pharmacy shows it’s been transferred but the receiving pharmacy says it’s not in their system. The board of pharmacy states that a transfer must be completed within 1 business day. It’s been five. Then to be told to call my doctor for a new prescription after violating the Missouri Pharmacy Practice Act is absurd. I will be reporting this pharmacy to the BOP and I don’t trust any pharmacy with my medications if they can’t even complete a simple...

Today I came in with my children to make a flower arrangement for my little cousins funeral. I was greeted so sweetly on my way in & when I got to floral an employee named " Blue " asked me if I needed help immediately. She helped me pick out my flowers and roses & then her an another employee " hayleigh" helped with arrange the flowers so beautifully. They were so sweet & thoughtful & did a wonderful job.
