Neat place. But we had a heck of a time finding it. I was expecting large entry gates. There was a small, one lane entrance open that at firat glance we just thought was a building. We circled the block and found it. Once inside, we didnt know where to go, so drove around a bit before finding a map at the entrance that we didnt notice at first. From the main entrance, its to the right. You turn in between some little cabin buildings and a bathroom building,sort of behind the giant slide. I wish we had come here before we started our Illinois route 66 trip, there is so much information in one place that would have made our route 66 trip easier to navigate. I would highly recommend going thru each of the stations and taking pictures of all the iconic places in the area you will be traveling and the towns they are in, this information when you are traveling on route 66 will make it possible to find everything that might interest you.
