For an older skating rink the place has a lot of good vibe, the owner, Rob Grimm, is a great host, he donates to the veterans on a regular basis!!!

When I went there, there were no lockers, no AC, we had items and a car that got stolen even though it was a private party, and the cameras to watch the parking area didn't record. The bathrooms weren't the best either. Compared to other skating rinks in STL, it was the worst.

Update: I notice a lot of rude or otherwise assuming replies to harass seemingly honest commenters instead of concern for your customers or any desire to do better. Also no acknowledgment or positive replies to the people who leave good reviews. Really says a lot about how a place treats people.

I did not go in October of this year. I went during a previous summer. We parked legally out front. Yes, cars get stolen in STL, but it's still useful info for someone to know when reading reviews. People also die everyday, but it would be useful to know if that was a regular occurrence at an establishment. Furthermore, the staff was immediately notified. Additional staff even had to come in to attempt to look at video tapes just to find out they weren't recording. We filed a police report. Also found out that the person who stole the car was regularly coming into the establishment to steal car keys & the staff even knew him by name. Maybe things have changed since I went there cause there used to be no lockers & I even asked. That's good to know & I'm truly glad to hear that, but that wasn't the case for me. & even if I happened to miss them, you could have chosen a different approach in your reply.

I don't leave many reviews. & despite being the truth, I had avoided leaving my experience because I didn't want to taint a small buisness, but your consistent tone & rudeness to the other reviewers & no remorse for what happened to them was the reason I decided to finally share my experience.

You can threaten to raise prices due to poor reviews. I don't care if you have to raise your prices to give a safe & comfortable experience. I will happily pay more for a quality experience.

I think truthful reviews are important to people trying to make informed decisions. It's sad & very noticeable how you treat people in your replies, but you never know what type of customer people are either, so I'm glad you replied to mine so that I could see for myself how you'd treat me.

Best of luck harassing &...

I practiced with Junior roller derby (from Arch Rival Roller Derby) here from about September 2018 to March 2020. I liked doing roller derby but this specific place was kinda gross. I didn’t skate in the summer because they didn’t have air conditioning and the bathrooms were kinda gross. It was also cold in the winters (not sure whether they had heating or not but it didn’t matter much to me since I was exercising. My parents, however, were cold). They do have arcade games, which is cool, but I recall one of my teammates saying they just had them to distract people from the other stuff wrong with the building lol. Also, before practice, there was a group of people playing hockey on roller blades, which I didn’t have a problem with. What I did have a problem with was that they took their shirts off afterwards. It sounds kinda nitpicky but if I were a 50 year old man I would simply not take my shirt off if there was a kid right next to me (age range for the program could be 7-17 but most skaters were under 13). I’ve heard the city wanted to tear down or at least renovate it but the owners have gotten out of it. I suggest that the owners sell some of the arcade machines to pay for air conditioning. Disclaimer: I have only been here pre-pandemic so the building and/or it’s cleanliness standards could have changed since then. 4 stars bc even though the building itself isn’t great, I did enjoy skating here and the track...

ETA: These people are INSANE. I don’t drink, not part of any campaign and definitely not a raver 😂 never came on edm night bc they smoked everyone out with a giant fog machine. And bc I left a review ( I did leave more than one ONLY bc she deletes everyone’s comments and reviews so I took it to google where she can’t delete it ) I have the owner finding my personal social media threatening and cussing me. Saying she’s going to sue. Absolutely crazy. Save yourself and don’t come here. Terrible crowd and even worse management

This place is an absolute joke. Won’t allow ppl to bring in their own sealed water bottles bc their liquor sales are going down?? Deleting comments on fb and blocking people who express any dislike (including me, whos been a regular there for almost a year) they constantly air their business out and lash out on their customers online. Make nasty fb posts telling people not to come if they have ANY issue with the place, instead of trying to fix anything, extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the place is filthy. Won’t be attending anymore and it seems like I’m not...
