Office Depot — Attraction in St. Cloud

I went to an office Max ealier and left very upset and without my printer needs met. I came in to Office depot later today and was greeted my a very kind and friendly Tara at the print counter, I explained to her that I had a 20 MB file that i inly beeded o e page out of and didn't want to ha e to jump through hoops to get it. She was so nice and helpful, helped me find the correct paper fir my needs as I was printing something to color with water solluble crayons, she was very patient with me and had me in and out within 5 minutes. I'm trying to understand why this store exists. They don't open until 9:00 am weekdays and 10:00 am Saturdays. Went in a month ago to buy a NEW HP printer and they didn't have it in stock, not to mention they didn't have hardly any HP printers in stock. Staff said you can order it online, sure did directly from HP NOT Office Depot. Been in there other times for simple supplies, nope sold out or don't have. The inventory is always low. Either this place is run by bad management or bad parent company. I'll go to Walmart for the simple things in the future and the bigger things I'll order online from anyone but Office Depot. This is my go-to for all my printing needs. Flyers, handouts, ID Cards, Foamboards, etc. They do a fantastic job - all of them. They know my business so well that when something is requested to print differently than normal, they call me to confirm if I entered it in the system correctly (usually I didn't). If I need something printed quickly, I call them, and they make it happen. If I make a mistake and don't like it, they reprint it for me (even when it's my fault).
