Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Me and my husband went in the other day there was no line and I’ve only been there once or so before then so I wanted to sample at least one ice cream before deciding which ice cream I wanted as I’m 8 months pregnant and can be a bit fickle but I knew I was in between chocolate which is what I usually get or cheesecake which is a new flavor for me. The girl at the counter had such an awful attitude like it was such an inconvenience for me to sample I felt kind of embarrassed as I sometimes don’t always know exactly what I want in the second I step in sometimes I can take my time but not as I would think would be to much of an incredible inconvenience to anyone much less the server especially when we were there for only 5 minutes tops from the moment we walked in and I had only asked to sample one flavor nothing crazy like ten or anything of that sort. Well needless to say my husband was given the same exact attitude. I couldnt believe they would treat a customer this way as we really loved going here it’s such a wonderful little place to stop for a treat. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. Poor customer service can reflect poorly...

If you want a custom ice cream cake don't go here for it. We ordered a custom ice cream cake because none of their premade cakes were Gluten Free, and we are new to getting Gluten Free options. We ordered an 8 serving sized cake without the cake layer, replaced with fudge, to be picked up the next day. When I get there they hand me a small/short slab of ice cream and tell me "just so you know, the morning people said to order just ice cream instead, so next time you get your money's worth". They had our phone number and didn't think to call and ask us if we wanted to do something different, give us more Ice cream, or maybe refund us partially. Then when we get home and cut into the cake we find they didn't add any fudge inside either. Definitely not worth $28, when I could easily get 4 times the amount of ice cream for less than half of the price from the store, especially with a response like that when I picked...

The ice cream as always was delicious. The environment, however, less than satisfactory. All tables were sticky and dirty. Garbage over flowing. Some garbage around the tables on the floor. The top of the viewing cases were spotty with melted ice cream and food crumbles.The 5 young females working were goofing around by throwing add ons for ice cream at each other while customers were inside eating. One tossed cookie dough and it fell into the tray where they scrap the ice cream into when done mixing and still put it in the ice cream they were mixing up. With 5 girls working there should be plenty of time to clean up and keep this place tidy. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews or even less than great ones but this is not ok, especially during current times where cleanliness is hyper-enforced. ---- update much cleaner and better,...
