This place is a ripoff making appointments by style seat. I made a appointment for 5:30 and still had to wait a hour to get in the chair. Brosnaks or Raymond whatever his name was is terrible left hair on the back of my neck in which my Wife spotted and trimmed it. I was charge 91 dollars in which I asked for a credit of the tip which was 14 dollars. I talked to Rance the owner and said all the barbers or contractors and explained my situation with the barber brosnaks and was told he would call me. Brosnaks also said he would credit my account but didn’t and made a comment about not trying to get over on me in which he did. I should have got all my tip credited since I had to wait over hour. I’m still waiting for credit this barbershop and it’s barbers are a ripoff period making appointments and robbing people with high percentage tips. I’ve been a client of Jared Brooks for about 3-4 years and he was probably on time once! With a few just missed appointments all together. Man he’s such a great barber but the inconsideration of having a client wait sometimes up to an hour and a half. Today he ensured me would be ready at my scheduled time and of course he broke trust again as he wasn’t completed and never apologized about his tardy when I left instead told me he was done right when I left which didn’t matter as he wasnt ready to perform services as I told him I’d be late to my next appt. If u don’t value ur time and want to pay a high price for a great cut worth it but time is money so every min I wait past my time is money. Also, clients are charged for cancellations and I’ve never been offered a free or discounted cut once for all of the times he missed or was severely late which is about 30 mins or more no matter the time of day! It’s too expensive and hard to get an appointment. You have to book far ahead in advance, pay a deposit and you get the same kind or cut you can get anywhere else. I can understand the appointment she deposit thing for trifling people who cancel a lot but if I’m serious any time i reach out about getting a haircut and I’m trying g to be one a regular this is kind of ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance when I require a haircut every week. I still give them 3 stars because staff are personable, the shop is clean and there’s no crazy ridiculous gossip or inappropriate conversations being had that offend patrons.
