We got there and hardly any of the animals were out we didn't get to go to a couple places because we couldn't go back to them I didn't even get to the penguin place because they had a long line and couldn't get in there so he went on they need to start having their animals come out sooner at least 10 minutes before the people come in because I know there are several other people that are complaining about this somebody told me it was because it was hot and they don't want to get out well that day was beautiful and cool and in our zoo the animals are eager to get out I have seen them start putting them out and they run out because they like to go out and play so the woman was just giving me an excuse all of the people were very nice and etc I just don't like people lying to me because I don't think that was true I think it was the person that the head of it that was being lazy or something it was ridiculous but we did have fun and I would go back that's about the only thing that they could change maybe some of the drink prices and stuff like that they don't need to...

$20 for cars. $40 for trucks. Not to bad, I'd say if you get there early enough, street parking is just as good. Parkinglot is good for safety and easier loading and unloading areas between vehicles. Just be careful not to close the gap yourself, as we had someone do that on our way back, to reload the car and we had to open the trunk. There is a two foot brick path to seperate the areas from each other and we backed in specifically for having this space to safely open the trunk on my bigger SUV and almost didn't have enough room. Always be mindful of others. Also, we went when it was nice outside on a Saturday. I wouldn't recommend a Saturday. Everyone was there all at once and tbh it was to many people to really enjoy some of the animals. Expecially the hippos. You could barely even see them through all the people. 🤷🏻‍♀️ That's okay. Hope to go on a week day some time, maybe not be as many people. Not sure how normal the crowd is or is not, as this was our first time being here at this zoo in a...

As parking lots go, this one is...a parking lot. It's basically flat, made of an impervious surface that does not allow for water to be returned to the soil, and it has lights. As with most parking lots, the traffic pattern leaves you hoping the person who designed the flow did not also design any sort of built structure that people enter; I can't even begin to comprehend the mental gymnastics that would be required to find the door let alone figure out how to walk down the hall. Such a building would have entry and exit doors on opposing sides, two way halls that are too narrow, one way halls that run into random walls in the middle of the hallway or that bisect other halls ant weird angles, and would have purposely place impediments to walking where needed: "I need to go over there...looks like I have to exit the building, come back in on the other side, and make 3 left turns then a right turn rather than 2 left turns and 4...

The line getting into the parking lot was very very long so I went around on the south side and found a parking spot a half a block up from the parking lot. At $15 a car they were taking in thousands of dollars today which was fantastic for the zoo. They need all the money that they can take in and I was in a correct spot to catch a lady that was tumbling into a brick wall although I did sustained a cut on my arm I'm sure she would have hit her head and it would have been a lot worse. God works in mysterious ways.

Anywhere for charter busses to park? I've not seen any; only a hool busses along the sstretch. Taking a group soon. I found the perfect spot for my bus. Steps away from the North entrance and across from picnic tables. I even got to walk the trail before my group was ready to leave for Lambert Airport and fly back to Naples, Florida.

Nice enough place to park. It was $15 when we went. They have signs for each row to help you remember where you parked. Each row is a different animal. It was an easy walk over to the zoo. If you had a wheel chair it might be challenging once you get to the zoo side. There's a fairly steep decent into the zoo.
