I went back and forth about writing a review but I have been blatantly ignored since I paid them. This is a long post but worth reading to have an idea of how you could potentially be treated. If you have an iphone or other samsung device maybe you can trust these guys but if you are a Google Phone user be mindful they are NOTORIOUSLY UNREPAIRABLE - Owner's words not mine. In response to owner: 1. I have contacted the person who responded to his separately corroborating my emails that I supposedly never sent and attached photos. 2. Website says they can assist with Google phones Owner says they are "notoriously unrepairable" Then why advertise for them? 3. For my initial dehydration and screen repair there was no call saying it was ready. I was told "it has been sitting here". There was a lag in time following this interaction but the employees knew that I lived over an hour away and when I was in town to pick up the phone after they called it would not turn back on. I was upfront with my timeline. 4. As for my "demolished" phones: Pixel 4a had NEVER had any work done purely water damage Pixel 3 has been successfully returned to Google for the full trade in amount offered. Overall these guys weren't interested in anything but what they could easily fix or have you pay for without a solution. 0/10 not evene. 5 because I would never recommend this business to anyone. Visit 1) I brought in two phones both google pixels because the website said they were equipped to fix these phones (one had water damage, one a minor screen issue that required taking the screen off). When I first walked in I was immediately deterred and told by the bigger white guy that I should probably just buy a new phone because I probably wouldn't work again and that he wouldn't even take a look at my other phone that I knew was just missing a small piece behind the screen. He just didn't want to do the work. Frustrated I drove around and was unable to even find a pixel available in town and ended up back at the shop Visit 2) I am met with a darker skinned male with glasses. Completely different experience. He agreed to look at both phones and was able to fix the one with the minor screen issue so I could at least have a working phone. He fixed the phone with the screen issue. If this is where it ended I would say I had a great experience BUT it wasn't. From here the following things happened: 1. I was never informed when my phone was ready for pick up I had to call and ask at which time I was told it had been ready 2. I was told the phone would turn on and was ready for pick up 3. I arrive the phone was not charged and now would not turn on 4. They keep the phone to "troubleshoot" the issue I doubt they did anything at this point 5. Completely give up and say the phone won't turn on after I paid for screen replacement 6. I email asking what options I had. I wanted an email response so I could reference later. I emailed on the following dates: 1/19/22 1/29/22 2/7/22 I have yet to receive a response. I doubt they ever will.

Professional and fast!! Replaced my wifes galaxy screen same day. The staff was professional and courteous. The repair was done exactly when quoted. Fair price for the screen and repair, I price checked it first. I was impressed with the store and its employees. I would definitely recommend the store if you need your cell phone repaired! Great job guys!

Super friendly, and technically savvy aren’t two phrases that you don’t usually use to describe someone but it’s so true in this case because Chris and Zagg make getting my phone repaired a snap. Easy peasy, drop it off, return when they tell you, all fixed, no problem. Thanks guys!

Brought a gaming console here to have a piece replaced and upon completion, I was given back the device with a non functioning sd card reader! I came back to have it looked at and from the beginning I got push back (without even looking at it) stating that, "we did not have to touch your card reader" which ultimately came back to be untrue. It was left disconnected but I was still charged for it. I took it elsewhere to have it looked at and it was connected back at no charge. When I called this company back about it, they started getting hostile at just being confronted, started providing unrealistic scenarios as to how my previously fully functioning SD card reader could have come disconnected, (shifting responsibility) no empathy and TERRIBLE customer service. I asked for partial refund for incomplete work they declined and offered NOTHING. Be VERY careful coming here especially with more valuable equipment!

Response- That is a LIE. Vince never did call like he stated in this review number 1. Number 2, I was NEVER pushy. I came in asking questions about if there would be any damage to the device, I never attempted to fix anything myself. It was not broken, it only needed a replacement speaker grill housing. I set expectations that I would not like my device mishandled, if that is pushy then I was pushy. I recommended your store to a friend right away INITIALLY thinking that you would save me money. But your agent cheated him also and then you all lie about it. After they took his money they claimed they recommended him NOT having it repaired by lol. He spent 100 bucks for a battery and they came RIGHT out with the battery he needed. They were very excited to "fix" it. They never told him (I was right there) that it was not a good idea, The screen was damaged and the button was impaired but now it is completely UNUSABLE! Why continue to repair if you are so against it?? You're the "experts".

MY issues is the sloppy work provided. He did not even BEGIN my repair until minutes before the place closed, after telling me earlier in the day it would be ready in an hour and a half.

They are NOT professional and I was NEVER rude to those people in the store. Why would I come back with a friend to ALSO have work done? It went left and you all do not take accountability and do not care about your customers. Even through the inconvenience I never yelled, cussed, and I came back several times to just have it repaired. I even told your agent money was not a factor just don't leave marks on the railing. You're a liar. My review is filled with accuracies. After reading through all of the reviews on here, it appears you take issue with EVERYONE who does not see their experience your way. I was not offered ANYTHING to make this right. Money was not the issue, it was principal. I will take future...

On Wednesday July 1, 2020 I went into the CPR Repair store at 3944 Taylorsville Rd.to get my G7 Android phone repaired. Waited approximately 20 minutes and was waited on by Hunter. He told me I needed a Digitizer and he would order it immediately and it would be here on the 2nd. He told me to come in after 3 on the 2nd as the repair would take 1-1.5 hours. He asked for the phone but I told him I needed it so he asked for 50% down, I paid in full instead.

I came in about 4 on the 2nd and was told that the company had delivered the wrong part but that they would reorder the part and to come in on the 3rd in the afternoon and they would repair it in an hour or so. I subsequently received a phone message from the store apologizing for the delay in the original ordered delivery of the part and that the original ordered part should arrive on the 3rd. In other words, the original ordered part had never come in to begin with.

I came in around 4 on the 3rd and was told the part had not been delivered but was “in route”. They told me they would call when it arrived. I never received a call.

I called on the July 6th and was told the original ordered part was not even ordered until late on the 2nd and that “there are no Fed Ex deliveries on July 3rd” so it wasn’t delivered on the 3rd and Saturday was the 4th of July. I was told the part should be here by tomorrow the 7th. I checked with Fed Ex and they did do deliveries on the 3rd, as did the USPS and Amazon and UPS.

On July the 7th I went into the store at around noon. I told the clerk I was there to get the digitizer put in. He told me it would take 1-1/2 hours and to come back then. I cam back in at 2. I was met by the same clerk who had previously told me on the 2nd the wrong part came in. Obviously, that was not true per another clerk. I then told him I was there to get my phone that was being repaired. He went into the computer and then looked at me and said “the part is in route and should be here about 3, come back about 5 and we will have it ready for you. Needless to say I took my phone and demanded an immediate refund.

Either, I was intentionally misled, or, they fouled up in the ordering of the part and reordering the part and then misled me in their communications with with me. Either way I can not in good conscience recommend you utilize the services of this business. In addition, I checked on this company with the Secretary of State of Kentucky and they are in “Bad Standing” since...
