I've been here one other time a long time ago and really liked it so I was excited to go try them again. I even said I wanted to make this my go-to healthy spot when I needed something quick but my experience was terrible this time. I made a mobile order for 2 bowls and a smoothie that I could pick up real quick in-between errands. I walked in and said I had a mobile order under my name and the two people behind the counter pointed to the side and said it was over there. It was the only one over there so I went over and looked inside to see two bowls and then they immediately handed me my smoothie right after. I said thank you and left. I didn't get home until an hour later because of some errands I had to do on the way home. When I took out the food one of the bowls was correct and the other only had rice so I called the store and asked if I could just get a refund on the app or something because I live a little far from the store. He asked for the ticket number and we quickly realized I had the wrong order. I apologized and explained that I got no impression of it not being my order since I was the only one in there, they weren't working on any bowls, and they told my order was to the side and then gave the smoothie right after. He then told me in a rude tone that "no one told you to pick that up" and then said we'd get your refund so we ended the call. 2 minutes later he called back just to angrily tell me that "you messed everything up over here, now we have to make this order again" and then proceeded to tell me again how it wasn't my order and how I should feel bad about the whole ordeal even though I had already apologized as soon as I realized it was the wrong order. The second call was uncalled for. It was rude and unnecessary. He said at the end of the call "you'll get your refund tomorrow" but it's been over a week and I did not get my money back. As a manager myself I find this service completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Regardless of the situation, the customer should not be left feeling bad in the end. I responded very calmly and politely and owned up to my mistake but that did not stop him from being audibly angry with me and lying about giving me a refund. Will NOT...
Read moreThis has become our new favorite go-to restaurant. We’ve been adopting a healthier lifestyle and the food here is fresh and healthy and delicious. I love the Bangkok bowl. So, so good. Prices are good considering the quality of the food and compared to other similar style restaurants. Love that they are vegetarian friendly, as it’s not always easy finding places that have many options if you don’t eat meat. Really friendly service, too. Helpful and nice in person and twice I had delivery orders that no one picked up for almost an hour (driver arrived right as they were going to close) and each time they stayed open to make sure the door dash person was able to get my food and deliver it. I really appreciated that extra kindness and it was great customer service (especially compared to most other restaurants). Really enjoy this place and have told family and friends about it. Hope it stays this great and for...
Read moreExcellent food, very fresh. We picked up catering for 10 people, and they all loved the food so much. We did rice bowls. The restaurant boxed it all up so nicely. All the ingredients came in both large and small rectangular aluminum containers: rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, salsas, sour cream, and more. We bought a few extras: steak, tofu, and guacamole too which was a big hit. They included sturdy paper bowls, all of the serving spoons and tongs for every container, and forks and napkins. Our friends all loved it, said it was delicious, and all of them asked where the restaurant is located. Most had not heard of it since we all live in the Highlands and this is “far away” — not really, just 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and loaded it up into my car in a nice large bag. He does a great job running the restaurant and uses only the freshest ingredients. Great...
