If you are a senior citizen in the Louisville, KY area, I want to warn you about the manager and staff at the Starbucks at 6460 New Dutchman's Parkway. The place is chaos. I went inside to order some food and ice coffee. The woman before me in line had made a group order for about 15 people. I paid and stood near the pick up place. I noticed that almost the entire staff was waiting on that women's huge order and the drive in. NO ONE communicated with the people in the store who were OLDER than the staff. They also served people who had texted in orders. They did NOT FILL the orders of people waiting in the store. After 15 minutes of watching people come in and get stuff to go AFTER I HAD ORDERED and the whole staff still waiting on the SAME woman. I stopped one young woman to ask when my order would be ready. She SNAPPED back at me,"You will just have to be patient!" I am a teacher. I said, "Do not talk to me in that tone of voice!" She and two other girls YELLED over the din at me, "You have to be PATIENT!" The manager came up to me to ask what was the problem. I said "I am a customer and their elder. They needed to show me respect. HE SNORTED and LAUGHED at me. I asked him why no one in the store was getting the orders of people in the store. . He asked me if I had used the same tone with staff,, and I said I do NOT have to answer any of your questions.. I said I am a customer. They were RUDE to me, and there was no sane system for waiting on customers In the store. He saidI could call the district manager to complain. I said I wanted my food then and there. I finally got it. I turned to go and he said "I want to talk to you!" I left the store and HE FOLLOWED ME INTO the PARKING Lot. Still yelling at me. I pulled out my phone to dial 911. He was in the parking shared by 3 other businesses. He said"Please Never come back to my store." Now that is physical intimidation and harassment. I said to him, "So Star Buck's policy is to harass old people?" I calledthedistrict manager but have not heard back but I will call regional now. THAT PLACE IS PSYCHO. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. Placed a order for delivery at a hospital I work at with very clear delivery directions. Starbucks uses door dash for their deliveries. Order said delivered but never came to location. Tried to contact dasher no English. Checked all possible entrances that it could've been dropped off it was nowhere. No option to contact door dash customer service on app. Tried calling Starbucks location that it came from phone line just rings busy. Finally just called 1800starbuck. They was only able to provide refund. They wouldn't offer redelivery or and type of coupon compensation for bad service. I waste a hour at work just trying to resolve issues which caused me to be behind all day at work and didn't even get my breakfast that I ordered from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Oh I also I have to wait 3 to 5 days to even get refund....
Read moreI’m writing this review on behalf of my aunt who happens to be the biggest if not loyalest drinker of Starbucks. The fact that she buys several drinks a day is a testimony to her loyalty. This morning we went to this location because the one we normally go to is in the process of being remodeled. When we arrived she went in and was basically ignored and then once she made her request for her drink they not only got it wrong they basically chastised her for her order and then refused to correct their mistake! It was humiliating and embarrassing for her. My aunt is a throat cancer survivor and to be treated so dismissively has definitely made her sure that we will never go to that location ever again!
