Fresh food prepared like you want it. Substantial servings. Many things for vegetarians to eat, now including The Impossible faux meats. Edited: On 7-25-2019, having been told at the Bardstown Rd location that they were out of The Impossible, we placed a web order to be picked up here for 2 Impossible Burritos and 2 burritos with regular meats for 23 minutes later. (It takes 30 minutes to cook The Impossible, we are told.) We received an email confirmation of the time of pick-up and of the order. When we arrived 25 minutes later, they had not yet prepared our order, and after just a few minutes, a woman (shift manager, perhaps) came out to tell us that they didn't have enough Impossible substitute to make the order. Worse, they hadn't even begun to cook more, despite knowing that they were already late to have the order out. This is very poor planning and customer service. If they are going to offer The Impossible, they need to have it available and provide enough of the product to respond to phone-in or web orders. If they can't, they need to contact the customer to explain any delay. Sadly, we canceled the order and ate elsewhere. While we have long loved Qdoba and appreciated that they provide a number of vegetarian options, this experience of having gone to 2 Qdoba restaurants and not having received the ordered food has soured us a bit on the restaurant. I suggest that if you want The Impossible meat substitute, you phone in to the store in advance and make sure they are preparing it and your order before...
Read moreI don’t normally do reviews and I really wish I had read the ones before coming here, I’ll just start from the top, I arrived and one of the people on the line had long hair and no hair net (they had a cap, but that doesn’t stop hair from falling?), i know food safety and I can tell you that the chicken was not at the right temperature because it should remain hot 4 minutes after being served, also the jalapeños were sweet? Might as well just call them sweet jalapeños, continuing… I went through the line and decided I also wanted some chips and queso, and I thought that it came together because MOST places includes the queso, that’s just common knowledge and common Tex mex retail, and turns out they only sold the chips! I had to asked for the queso too! So I pay for it and realize that I wasn’t offered a drink or asked if I wanted something to drink (I know I should’ve remembered but in all places you are asked if you want something to drink) and by this time the girl was frustrated or mad I couldn’t tell, so I told her about the drink (2.50 btw which is so overpriced) and when she gave it to me she did a hand motion of shooing me away, I wasn’t going to write anything but the shooing really bothered me, I am absolutely furious, I have never experienced such bad service at a place, I am definitely never coming again, and to anyone who reads this, $26 dollars is very absurd for a bowl and some chips, just...
Read moreFirst of all I love qdoba so this review is specific to Breckenridge location. It feels like stuff they fill in, let's say for example in Barito, money for that comes out of their pocket. Unlike other locations, everything is half of the size here. The amount they fill in, helps them to grab more customers but does not satisfy individual. For vegetarian quesadilla, they don't clean the hot plate and I can see meat stuck from previous order. Also, they never read order properly and something Or other will always be missing in your order and when asked they add. I Don't understand the logic of online order at this location. I always order online and have to wait for entire previous queue to get their order first. My order is never ready for pick up. Last but not the least, attitude is worst and they talk very rudely. My personal suggestion, if you have time and can spend some money on fuel, never ever go to this location, there are plenty of other locations in Louisville, where staff of really good and you get...
